The way this store is designed is so cute and creative. So cozy and outdoorsy! They have a million PNW stickers and a variety of cute gifts. Definitely something for everyone!

Perfect PNW store! Little bit of everything kinda reminds me of a mini REI with more candles, local jewelry, inscents, etc. They take great care of their clothes and products, saw them ironing their clothes and it's just a cozy little shop overall. I think the price and the value is appropriate. read more

Recently stayed in Port Angeles for an elopement and while we were exploring downtown, we simply just came across Moss! I knew *I* needed to stop in because it was right up my alley. My friend and I came in and were immediately greeted by Net who had the most beautiful smile and inviting energy. As I was looking at the sales rack she offered to start me a fitting room so I could try on what I was interested in as it was final sale. We looked around for probably far too long, fell in love with so many things and had the best time talking to staff. It's clear the owners and team put a lot of effort into making this shop how magical it is. I didn't feel bad supporting a local small business with amazing staff members. Net was beyond welcoming and thoughtful letting us set our coffees at the front while we shipped and create piles. Paul was a ray of sunshine and Mia was incredibly sweet as well! We ended up coming back before leaving town, bringing another friend and spending all the money! Lol. Travis was also super kind when we needed anything and helped me get a sign down I wanted, net wrapped it up on so perfectly as she knew we were roadtripping! So much fun here and will always stop in when coming back up this way. read more

Super cute store! They have everything from men's clothing to women's clothing to baby/child clothing & all the accessories & home decor in between. Definitely could find something for everyone here. I was able to get a cute birthday card, a small to-go puzzle, & warm socks. Instead of plastic bags or paper bags, each purchase is placed in a cute evergreen reusable bag! read more

1- This store is a serious PNW vibe. I could spend hours just oohing and ahhing over every little detail design of the store alone not even the products! 2- LOCAL LOCAL LOCAL ! They truly pick out some of the coolest local artists and high quality products! Always fresh, always PNW-esty, and so many local products too! 3- The owner and staff are extremely helpful! This shop is so freaking cute! They have nice stuff for both men and woman. Very pacific northwest style. The prices are a little high but on par for the quality. I ordered some stuff on their online shop after checking out the store in person. While cute, the sizes ran really big. I ordered a small and the items where huge on me. They fit perfectly on my partner who normally wears a men's M or L. I understand oversize styles but would recommend sizing down if you order online. They made returns super easy though so still don't hesitate to check it out. read more

The cutest store ever!! Moss has high quality clothing at very reasonable prices. Everyone who works here is so sweet as well - I ordered a hat online to be picked up in store (I live in Puyallup), and they shipped it for free so I could have it faster!!! When I stepped inside of Moss I was taken to a PNW wonderland!! Not only was the clothing available super adorable, the decor was amazing. I purchased a pair of sunglasses and a tank top. I've been to this Goodwill a few times over the years, and it's just not my favorite. First off, it…read moreliterally smells like cat pee inside. In fact, I couldn't even stay more than about 30 seconds in the women's clothing area before I had to hightail it to the other, "fresher" side of the store. The merch here is pretty ratty. My guess is, because of their far north location, they probably aren't in the PNW Goodwill pipeline, where donations get distributed across a broad area. It feels more like this is just local stuff being donated, and much of it is picked over, broken, or in other ways non-functional. One example is a board game which, upon opening the box contained not one piece from the original game it had once held - it was just a box of junk. I guess they don't screen their stuff very well. The parking lot is a bit shady, as well. And I don't mean with trees. Sadly, we had to step over used syringes on the way back to our car.

But when I stopped in Joe Fridays Shirt Company, yes it could scream 'tourist trap', but I wanted to get a souvenir for myself and my son. We usually love hoodies and T shirts from places visited. The counter person was a standout, very welcoming and willing to answer any questions. I ended up scoring on items that were marked down for the season. Nice quality T shirts that also came with baseball caps. Whoever that saleswoman was, sincere gratitude for being a positive, friendly ambassador representing your business and community in Friday Harbor.
