I thought it would be impossible to come up with a system knowing how small was the closet. To my surprise, Simcha was very confident that her design would work in a way that everything would be organized in a manner in which no space will be wasted but still not look cluttered. She did just that and more! I love going into my boys closet now without getting frustrated at all the clutter. All the clothes were organized and folded neatly, drawers labeled, off season clothing stored away in a labeled box, etc. I am very happy with the outcome of the closet and Simcha is really nice and listens to any concerns you may have. I totally recommend Simcha for any organizational task you may need. Thank you Simcha!

Nina helped us get settled into our new apartment and took dozens of boxes and turned it into a place where I can finally take a breath and feel like this is now my new home. Her entire team was so fastidious, gracious, and efficient and Nina herself is so sweet and kind - the last thing you would want is a judgmental organizer going through your things! We will be working with her again as we get our nursery set up - thank you Nina!!

We needed a system and had not made space for the baby. I was very frazzled. Nina had a big challenge with us - organize everything into a system that worked for us, and create storage since we didn't want to get a storage unit. We usually don't have people over, especially to inspect everything closely. Nina made me so comfortable that I really felt like she was my friend! Over about 2 days, she made sure I rested while we talked motherhood. I loved it. We felt so comfortable that we went and got burgers at one point. Nina and her team guided us through going through our things to donate (basically being our therapists lol), and took them to donation sites for us. We told her what we needed for each space and what items we used most often to have them easily accessible. Then they went to work. Sorting, folding, organizing, building shelves and enhancing our space. We had some built in elfa shelves and she put them to maximum use. Nina created a storage unit under our bed by using lifts and these great giant cubes for clothes. The best part was them figuring out where we could put our baby's crib and items in our room. I'll never forget Nina's partner building our crib. It was the biggest weight off my shoulders and was such a luxurious and special experience. Nina even came back another day to touch up some places and organize our kitchen cabinets. Everything was transparent price-wise, and I was comfortable with everything purchased. Nina suggested items and then we decided if we wanted them or not, or she suggested alternatives. They were delivered to us and she set it all up. Seamless. This system served as a guide that gave us structure and one less huge thing to take care of during our first year as a family of 3. It allowed us to focus on baby. I will definitely reach out to Nina again. Thank you Nina (and sorry for the very late review)!!!

The 3 day session in September was completely transformational: Day 1: Purge of unneeded items and Natalie got a feel for the space and what was possible Day 2: Natalie went to container store in the morning and got a ton of items to implement systems and optimize the space. She returns what you do not end up using so you only end up paying for what is needed. One she arrived, the work continued. Day 3: Implementation/Organization. The was a whole home detox but she also offers more discrete projects. Her team came back again in February to give the house a refresh but given the systems that were put in place, it only took 4 hours or so to get everything back in top shape (and make any requested updates).

Not only was every woman the utmost professional, they were/are the kindest people I've met! They brought a glowing energy every day. They made the experience truly joyful. Thank you to Dara, Tessie, Talisa, Liz, Yani and Carla and of course Natalie for completely changing our lives! From the start, Natalie was incredibly helpful and professional. Even before our session, she provided thoughtful tips and guidance that helped us mentally prepare for the process. Her approach was meticulous and intentional--she carefully went through each of our belongings, helping us decide what to keep, what to purge, and how to reorganize in a way that made sense for both of us. Not only is our space more functional now, we also feel empowered to keep it that way moving forward with all the learnings Natalie has shared I cannot recommend Natalie enough! She made what felt like an impossible task completely manageable, and we'll definitely be working with her again for any future organization projects. She is an absolute game-changer. Natalie has an incredible ability to survey a new space quickly, assess what you have, overlay your feedback, and optimize a layout. The efficiency of her organization is only closely approximated by the efficiency of Natalie herself. While personable and engaging, Natalie is also incredibly efficient. On one project, we moved through years of old clothes and an entire home in two days. With her uncanny, natural ability to process disarray/discordance and her broad experience with small and large spaces alike, Natalie almost instantly "knows" what's going on, provides a suggestion and helps execute the remediation. I have worked with other organizers, and no one comes close to Natalie. Other organizers focus on one of the following: aesthetics (without functionality), purging (without organization) or organization (without purging). Natalie manages to organize your home by providing thoughtful suggestions to help thin out duplicative or unnecessary items (if needed) and establishing a functional system that enables you to maintain the organization indefinitely. Bottom line, Natalie is the best. Hire her, and you won't be disappointed.

I loved working with Carrie…read more My main objective was to clear out the bottoms of my closets and move some of the storage of shoes and such into the closets. She accomplished that and more! I loved that she was very positive. She did not judge any of the clutter and, when I was overwhelmed while unearthing some family photos, she gave me some space to recover. I loved that she did a lot of the "grunt work." She physically took everything out of the closets and the vacuumed the floor of the closets!!! Then we went through the piles together quickly: keep or donate or recycle. No mound of "homework" for me, no "sparking joy" nonsense. She did not take any "downtime;" when I needed to rest, she kept going until the bitter end, even lugging garbage down to the building basement and working her way through a messy drawer in the last 15 minutes of the session. I bought her three-session plan, 4 hours each. In the first we uncluttered the living room and dining room and unearthed tons of closet space. Then we dealt with my bedroom and years of paperwork. Last was organizing the bathroom and kitchen. Her way of organizing made a lot of sense. For example, when it came to toiletries, which do you use daily and which do you use less often? She followed up with an emailed list of reminders but, unlike the Marie Kondo method, it was never having to do things like physically sort mounds of clothing. It involved reminders to hang some pictures, to finish shredding, going to the Apple store to donate computers and phones, and the like. Even my sloppy son was impressed with the state of the apartment. We have been able to maintain the organization and he wants to hire her to organize his room, the last bastion of mess in our house!

Unfortunately over the years the spare bedroom turned into "the room where you put stuff that doesn't belong in the other rooms." I didn't even know where to begin. After hearing about some of the great work Katie did with my friends, I decided to hire her to help. By the end of the day, Katie and I had the room completely empty! She also gave me several great tips and ideas on how to keep the nursery clean and organized too. When my wife came home that evening, she cried tears of joy and said, "I can't believe you were able to do this in just one day." She was so fantastic that we decided to hire her to do the rest of the house after we had our first child. Now our closets, cabinets, and drawers are all organized and clean! Our lives are de-cluttered and its all thanks to Katie. She has a great way of working with people that pushes you to confront tasks that you normally wouldn't do or think of, but is totally non-confrontational. I don't know how she does it. Katie is patient and kind and knows just the right way to work with all types personalities. My wife is very type-A and was a bit skeptical hiring Katie back for the entire house because she thought she could do it all on her own. After the first day of working with Katie, my wife called me and her first words to me when I picked up the phone were, "BEST. DECISION. EVER!" We also liked working with Katie because she helped us organize things in a way that was compatible with our lifestyle. Plus, not only did we get organized, we stay organized because of the strategies that Katie put in place. What more can I say? If you need help organizing a room, a closet, an entire house or office, and want a strategy in place for keeping it organized, then I highly recommend hiring Katie.
