We could not complete the initial appointment and made a new appointment for the following week. The day of our follow up meeting I get a phone call from a different rep explaining the person no longer works for closet factory and cannot meet me until another day. I wanted to compare the design/pricing tonight with the rep but now they don't want to work with me? Very disappointing that I could not get this reviewed.

The design session was extremely helpful as we had an idea of what we wanted but didn't have the details in mind. Shirley asked us detailed questions about what was most important to us and our habits and created the a fabulous custom closet that's also very functional within our budget. We also did some custom cabinets to our living room TV unit. There was a miscommunication around the design but they reached out proactively to fix it. Ivan (or Evan?) and the installation team finished the job in 1 day instead of the 2 booked. They were extremely professional and efficient. The office staff (Lisa and Anastasia) were very responsive on billing communications. Overall a really great experience. I would highly recommend the NJ Closet Factory team!

The timing was perfect as she started with a blank slate. I'm so happy we worked with her. She spent an hour measuring and got the right size bins for the pantry and dividers for my drawers. She's an expert so had great suggestions on where to put my pots and pans as well as pantry supplies. Everything is neat, labeled and organized. She also followed up a few weeks later to see if we needed refinements. I'm very pleased with my kitchen. We also had her work on our mud room organization and closets upstairs. I will definitely work with her again. Highly recommend!

She is incredibly swift and efficient in her work. If you take a coffee break, you'll return in awe of how much she has accomplished while you are gone. What I appreciate most about Jessica is her intuition about what kinds of "zones" and "homes" should be created, not just for your stuff, but for the way that you live your life. 'Sounds hyperbolic, but seriously, life is easier after working with her to create homes and zones for everything that we need. I also really appreciated her communication style and timeliness, despite her full schedule. Jessica turned me into an organizing wiz, but when it comes time to call in a pro again, she's the only one I'll even consider. Thanks Jessica!!!!

Natalya Price came into my cramped Cape Cod like a force of Nature!…read more Instead of having me rent expensive furnishing and art, she worked with what I had. When her swirl of energy settled, she had winnowed it to a perfect home -- just enough furniture and wall art to make an average Cape feel amazingly spacious and comfortable. The paint colors and kitchen design she chose were simultaneously inviting and soothing. The whole house seemed to breathe, "Buy me!!" The name of the company is truly apt: the Cape sold in ONE Day, with two over-list-price offers!!! My husband and I will always be grateful to Natalya Price and NJ Staged 2 Sell! NJStaged2Sell / Natalya Price has a keen eye and natural affinity for designing and organizing…read morespaces. We bought a Summit townhouse that had been decorated by its previous owners in a traditional English style that, to us, seemed dated and unexciting. Funnily enough, it was similar to the décor we had enjoyed all our lives. We gave Natalya two things: a blank canvas to work with and our trust in her vision. The living room /dining room combination comprised the largest space on the first floor. Long and narrow, it felt a bit like a bowling alley. Natalya suggested painting as a first step and advised that an up-to-date neutral Benjamin Moore color AF-95 ("hush") would set the tone. To bring the space together, she selected Benjamin Moore AF-240 ("satchel") as a contrasting color which, when applied to the two end walls, took the space from bowling alley to warm and connected. After the painting was finished, Natalya set out to create and define the two separate living spaces, all the while maintaining a beautiful flow. There were already installed overhead lighting placed strategically to highlight the previous owners' artwork. Our budget was small and we couldn't take on the cost of changing the existing lighting. So, working with what existed, Natalya planned a setting where I could showcase my family art and silver and the existing lighting shone perfectly. My family and I wanted to completely different look in our new townhouse - contemporary, sophisticated and clean. Natalya knew where to shop - online! She recommended sites and offered multiple selections for my consideration. For the living room, truly our family room, we selected her first choice - a beautiful set of living room furniture, two leather club chairs and a sofa in a soft ivory color. To complement those pieces, she found contrasting dark wood tables which, not only finished the look, but provided a lot of storage and more space for showcasing art. Next, we needed an area rug to tie the furniture together. Voila, Natalya and I found on-line a contemporary piece of neutral tones with a whimsical flair. Exactly what I wanted! Next, Natalya recommended shelves and ledges, all found easily and reasonably priced at IKEA. She measured the space using exactly what I wanted to display (no easy task) and installed it perfectly. I consulted her on many other smaller details and Natalya always steered me in the right direction. She stayed within our budget and introduced me to a world of creative ideas and resources I never knew existed. What's more, we had a lot of fun working together.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD I DO NOT USE THEM!!!…read more I never had the opportunity to see the quality of their work. I made an appointment the previous week and received an email confirmation from the designer John after speaking with the office. The time was not my choice because it was smack in the middle of my day off killings my plans. I figured it would be worth it. They told me they mainly do Staten Island and New Jersey and ONLY do Bay Ridge in Brooklyn where I am. I waited and waited and after almost an hour and a half after the appointment time I decided to call their office and did not reach anyone. I left a message and called Johns cell. When I asked him where he is and why he didn't call me if he was going to be late his response was " Are you sure you have an appointment?" I replied that you sent me the email confirming it the day I spoke to the office. John asked me where I was and when I told him he replied "no I won't be able to get there. I said that's not right, I took off from work, I have been stuck home all day. He just said "sorry these things happen". I said REALLY??? When you're in business these things can't and don't happen. If for some strange reason they did then you make things right, you show empathy for you're customer, you call you're other appointments and try to work things out so you don't disappoint the customer you FORGOT!! Social Media can be a blessing or a curse. I am more upset about how he handled it. He expects to get paid for his...what about mine. Hope this will be a great lesson learned for John, Superior Organizing and potential clients. Buyer beware.
