I have been going to the Eye Care Center for about 4 years now. All the doctors are great! I…read morerecently have been seen by Dr. Tanner. He is very professional and I had to recently go back for a recheck because my prescription was slightly off due to my dry eyes. Which I am now being treated for. And hopefully will help with future problems. Their office staff is wonderful! I worked with Angelea, their insurance specialist, and she is amazing! I have known her for 15 years, as she used to work for my chiropractor. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the best VSP plan to keep my costs down! I like the fact that I have a 1 year warranty on both frames and lenses in case they break. I have had to use that warranty a couple of times, which has saved me a lot of money in the end. Kayla helped me with picking out frames, which turned out to be a big job, since I am extremely picky. She worked with Mindy the office manager. They were kind enough to order a few pair to help me find the perfect frames! Thank you Angelea, Kayla and Mindy for your time and patience and great customer service! Always a pleasure going into this friendly and professional office! Liz T.

So this is my second year coming here for my yearly exam and they staff have gone downhill rapidly…read more They will blatantly lie to you several times about the price of things then call you later today demand more money. My appt was in September here I am getting billed again for the third time for same appointment weeks later (it's Oct 8). I have two different insurances I shouldn't have to pay anything for a SIMPLE eye exam. It's ridiculous. I call to complain cause why would they keep doing this promise me a call back within an hour. Nothing. So just to clarify I had an eye exam appointment in September. They told me at the appointment that my insurance will cover the eye exam. There is no co-pay there is no fee. I'm like perfect as to be expected when I have two different eye insurances, right. Wrong. lol They have now billed me again weeks later after they called me and demanded over $100 extra the day after my appointment because they messed up somewhere. I can't get an explanation for this of course because the staff there are incompetent when it comes to insurance and billing. Clearly. Manager can't be bothered to take my call. Won't be going back. Also getting into this parking lot and parking is a nightmare if you have a truck.

I'm so tired of poor customer service. Pictured below are my glasses from 6 years ago, notice…read morethey're in perfect condition. That's because I'm VERY careful with my glasses. I have since replaced my glasses and in under a year they've broken twice. So twice I've had to revert back to the old glasses. When I originally called the same associate I talked to today told me, "yeah come in we will exchange them." When I arrived today I'm told my prescription "JUST expired". I could have and would have came before they expired but she didn't bother to tell me they were expiring. Then she tells me they will replace them in THE SAME FRAMES when previously I was told I could exchange them for frames of equal or less value but instead she told me "this is *really* it" as if it's my fault the product they sold is awful and as if these won't also snap in a couple of months. The first replacement I paid for the warranty you're not doing me any favors in fact you've cost me weeks of seeing poorly. Then despite my having told her they broke both times while being cleaned she brings out a harder case so I guess she was accusing me of lying?? Because how can a harder case prevent them from breaking while being cleaned. I'm so tired of this process, I am not the problem or the glasses below would have broken a LONG time ago. I also asked that the manager call me and two weird things happened one I said have "them" call me because I wasn't aware which gender the manager was and she snapped at me "SHES A HER" ok, unnecessary correction and overly rude, next she pulls the glasses back and said well then we aren't replacing them because "this is all we are doing" (again, like this is a favor and not a service I paid for.) Ok, I get it, can I please leave with my medical device. This is the second time this process was terrible and I paid for their warranty. I'm the one who should be upset this is a multibillion dollar company that is held privately and the people there seem more concerned about saving them a couple hounded dollars then doing the right thing.

I came her for an eye exam 2 years ago. Everything went smoothly until it came to picking out…read moreglasses. They has a lot of deals going on but none of them applied to me. I spent 400+ dollars for a pair of glasses, and the extra eye exam. I was told all the glasses there are surgical steel. So I'm like great! I wanted to get contact lenses sometime in the future but they never gave me my prescription for them, just a reg eye exam. Anyways, fast forward less then a year into the future. I started to get an allergic reaction on my temples where the glasses touch my face. I noticed on my glasses the coating has failed revealing the cheap nickel underneath. I think majority of people reacts badly to nickel, if I'm not mistaken. I don't know if the quality of their glasses has been upgraded since then, which I highly doubt. But if you're sensitive to cheap metal, I'd get my glasses elsewhere.
