I'm so tired of poor customer service. Pictured below are my glasses from 6 years ago, notice…read morethey're in perfect condition. That's because I'm VERY careful with my glasses. I have since replaced my glasses and in under a year they've broken twice. So twice I've had to revert back to the old glasses. When I originally called the same associate I talked to today told me, "yeah come in we will exchange them." When I arrived today I'm told my prescription "JUST expired". I could have and would have came before they expired but she didn't bother to tell me they were expiring. Then she tells me they will replace them in THE SAME FRAMES when previously I was told I could exchange them for frames of equal or less value but instead she told me "this is *really* it" as if it's my fault the product they sold is awful and as if these won't also snap in a couple of months. The first replacement I paid for the warranty you're not doing me any favors in fact you've cost me weeks of seeing poorly. Then despite my having told her they broke both times while being cleaned she brings out a harder case so I guess she was accusing me of lying?? Because how can a harder case prevent them from breaking while being cleaned. I'm so tired of this process, I am not the problem or the glasses below would have broken a LONG time ago. I also asked that the manager call me and two weird things happened one I said have "them" call me because I wasn't aware which gender the manager was and she snapped at me "SHES A HER" ok, unnecessary correction and overly rude, next she pulls the glasses back and said well then we aren't replacing them because "this is all we are doing" (again, like this is a favor and not a service I paid for.) Ok, I get it, can I please leave with my medical device. This is the second time this process was terrible and I paid for their warranty. I'm the one who should be upset this is a multibillion dollar company that is held privately and the people there seem more concerned about saving them a couple hounded dollars then doing the right thing.

I spent 400+ dollars for a pair of glasses, and the extra eye exam. I was told all the glasses there are surgical steel. So I'm like great! I wanted to get contact lenses sometime in the future but they never gave me my prescription for them, just a reg eye exam. Anyways, fast forward less then a year into the future. I started to get an allergic reaction on my temples where the glasses touch my face. I noticed on my glasses the coating has failed revealing the cheap nickel underneath. I think majority of people reacts badly to nickel, if I'm not mistaken. I don't know if the quality of their glasses has been upgraded since then, which I highly doubt. But if you're sensitive to cheap metal, I'd get my glasses elsewhere.

From the moment I walked in, she warmly welcomed me, checked me in, tightened and adjusted both pairs of my glasses, cleaned them, printed all of the paperwork I needed, and even took the time to explain where I could go that accepts my insurance. She truly did all the legwork for me when she easily could have just pointed me in the right direction and sent me on my way. It's Monday, and we all know customer service can sometimes feel rushed at the beginning of the week, but Angelic never made me feel like an inconvenience. She went far above and beyond what anyone would reasonably expect, and her genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. Angelic, thank you for your incredible attitude and compassion. The world truly needs more people like you. You're a wonderful example of what exceptional customer service looks like, and I hope your kindness is recognized because you absolutely deserve it.

When a salesperson was available, my wife walked over to him and he ignored her until she mentioned she had an appointment. He still appeared to be too busy for another minute or two while she waited. Eventually, he decided to ask what she needed. He did get my wife in for a "digital exam". The techs in back seemed to do their job. But back up front the two salespeople couldn't seem to figure out how to use the computers to verify our vision insurance. The guy kept blaming the insurance website as well as complaining that their computers were so terrible. Then the female salesperson tried to help but she seemed equally confused about verifying the insurance, also blaming the computer. When another customer came in both salespeople walked away from my wife to take care of the new customer and left us. After about 10 minutes of waiting, we finally had enough. A "manager" had come out of the back office but not to help with customers, apparently. We did ask if she would just email my wife's Rx to her so we could go somewhere else to purchase glasses for her. Pathetic lack of customer service is no way to treat customers. Do better "America's Best".

I complained to the doctor that something was wrong - could it be the eyedrops? He indicated there was "rippling of the cornea" with no further explanation. When Googled, the first reason to pop up was "BAK - benzalkonium chloride" which can be a problem for eyes and is found in approximately 70% of all eye medications, prescriptions or OTC, including the dilation drops used. Like an idiot, I allowed him to do the second eye. When my vision didn't improve, I asked to see another doctor in the practice. HIS response? "Come back in 7 months". Instead, I went to another surgeon and retinal consultant who agreed there was a definite reaction, supplying me with non-BAK drugs. The last doctor I spoke to regarding the cataract surgery said "The cell regeneration isn't what we would hope for". I would never recommend this practice, unless you wish to be blinded when two of their doctor refuses to listen.

I'm obsessed with both! I don't like to wear contacts much or progressive lenses, so I'm happy getting both! They were able to use my insurance, so it saved me lots of money. Wendy was amazing. She made sure to use my insurance first on the most expensive pair, the Raybans as to save me more money! The vogue pair are wide enough, so I can see everything and don't really see the frame in my vision. They are also light, making them not heavy on my ears. What I love about getting Rayban sunglasses here is they have actual Rayban make them. So that means authentic Rayban lenses, and if you don't know, they are some of the best sunglasses lenses. The tint is perfect, and I love the fit! It only took 5 days for my glasses to be ready for pickup, and Wendy helped me again with adjusting them to my face so they fit nicely. The customer service here is always amazing, and I love the wide range of frames to choose from!

When I tried to explain I wanted to ride herd on the problem to monitor the situation and decide how soon I might need surgery he said "it's up to you if you want to walk around in a fog forever." -- he told me "I don't do anything when there are cataracts" as if I had no right to set out my own health progress.
