I was getting treatment under Tim for my lower back and I have to say he is Awesome .. I have also been to Ralph and Matt for therapy and they are equally amazing :) I got treated for my TMJ by Tom and in just one day of my treatment I felt loads better. Today I am a lot more confident about my back and it's all thanks to Tim , Ralph , Matt and Tom .. Also a big thank you to all the assistants who are always helpful and very kind. I still continue to go to precision for fitness and I really enjoy working out there.

It was pretty scary at first, specially being at the care of others and having to trust that they know what they're doing while being afraid of anything happening to you, again. Like falling or getting it more damaged. But the girls there have had a great deal of empathy, & have been very caring. They have a lot of patience and have cheered me on throughout my recovery journey, which has been an emotional rollercoaster as well. Today I'm walking with a boot, no pain as of yet. Lisa and her team at PTO have been beyond incredible in terms of working with my insurance, ensuring my scheduling needs could be met and listening to me as a patient. I witness the wide range of impact that is being made for adults and children alike (myself included) where every patient and caretaker is asked "hey...how's it goin?" or "are you all set with appointments?". It's the small interactions that mean the most during times of recovery and the PTO will go out of their way to be a patient advocate for you with your doctor etc. What I did not experience is a PT sweatshop... After my 6 week follow up, my surgeon was astounded at how well I'm progressing and I give credit to the hands on care provided by the staff at PTO. You can't please everyone who comes through the door but the folks at PTO have sure been able to not only get me back on my feet but walking through that door!

He explained how I would get better and how long it would take. He explained how hard it would be but he would make sure that I ended up with full range of motion. Between Bill Schwarz and Dr.Erika Doyle I received the most amazing care and cannot believe how well I have recovered . Every single staff member from the front desk to the staff that placed me on ice and heat was considerate and caring. They all even knew my name. Every person there knows their job and keeps up with every patient. This is a well run physical therapy institute with caring and extremely knowledgeable staff. Ginny, the medical secretary, communicated with my auto insurer and got approval for all PT sessions. Alex is my PT. He read and interpreted my MRI and tailored my sessions to the exact area of the problem. Ray, the PT Assistant, and Angelo, the PT Aide, administer most of the exercises that Alex prescribes. Alex does some. Alex is thorough, articulate and direct. I highly recommend him as a Physical Therapist.

And each one seems to have different ideas about what you should be doing which can contradict each other. They make you pay $15 per session without even knowing what insurance will cover. The bigger issue is that they like to limit the amount of sessions even though insurance says otherwise in order to push their expensive personal training.
