I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Coors and her staff at Physical Therapy Options. They have all the distinguishing characteristics of a successful and attractive practice. They are professional and courteous. They are knowledgeable and informative. They are effective and experienced. It was, however, the intangible things that have left the biggest and most lasting impression. Not only were they kind but they immediately put me at ease, not an easy task as someone new to PT with a 3 month old daughter. Dr. Coors and her staff always gave us their undivided attention and our visits never felt rushed or secondary. We were welcomed and cared for, genuinely, in a way that was so unexpected and heartwarming. Physical Therapy Options became like a home away from home for us. A place of smiling faces and well intentioned therapy, all guided by Dr. Coors and her true and deep concern for the well being of her patients. As strange as it may sound, the end of our therapy was bittersweet but my family and I feel extraordinarily grateful to have found such an amazing place filled with the most remarkable people. I recommend Dr. Coors and her staff at Physical Therapy Options to everyone and anyone. read more

My whole family has used this practice and they are absolutely phenomenal! Every staff member is kind and attentive. Lisa Coors is an amazing physical therapist; insanely knowledgeable, compassionate, and wonderful with patients of all ages. Most recently, my son needed physical therapy following a broken foot and during treatment, Lisa noticed a slight curve in his back and referred us for a scoliosis follow up with Dr. Raggio. She was correct- he had a slight curve. Thankfully, it wasn't severe enough to be labeled as scoliosis. She caught it early and Dr. Raggio recommended physical therapy and daily exercises to make him stronger and prevent further issues. We went back to physical therapy once again with Lisa, where she taught my son proper exercises using correct form. She wasn't satisfied until she was sure he could continue the exercises himself on a daily basis. Upon our follow up with Dr. Raggio, she was ecstatic at his progress. When she learned he saw Lisa at PT Options, she said every patient she sends her way makes incredible progress. There's no where else I would go if we needed PT again. I needed physical therapy due to a back injury and I am lucky to have found Physical Therapy Options to help. The minute I walked in I was greeted by kind staff. The staff always worked me into there schedule and were very pleasant to be around. Lisa Coors worked with me until I was one hundred percent better and I watched her do the same to other patients that would come in. Her experience and skill in the practice is outstanding. I have been to other physical therapists before and feel you do not get the same experience anywhere else then you would at PTO. I had an overall great experience with Lisa and her team and would recommend PTO to anyone looking for physical therapy in a caring, kind and hardworking environment read more

Seven months ago I was devastated, I broke a bone two places in my lower leg and tore a ligament in that ankle. I had surgery two days post injury and had a plate and screws inserted along with arthroscopic surgery to repair the torn ligament. PT Options was recommended as a rehabilitation facility so I began post surgery I began rehabilitation six weeks post surgery. Today I am not only walking without pain, I am running and back to 100% pre-surgery status. I would highly recommend Lisa Coors and her team at PT Options, they gave me back full motion and uninhibited use of my ankle. They were extremely knowledgable, educated and most importantly friendly and caring. PT Options is the "BEST". read more

Lisa Coors is an AMAZING physical therapist! My daughter received the best treatment ever after she dislocated her patella. Because my daughter's first experience with Lisa was so positive, she was the first person I called when my daughter's knee recently started swelling up. Lisa took the time to reevaluate my daughter's condition. Lisa's knowledge, experience working with children, and commitment to providing the best care for all her patients enabled her to accurately hypothesize what could be causing the swelling in my daughter's knee. As a result, we were able to follow up with the appropriate doctors, so my daughter could get the proper treatment she needed. Thank you, Lisa! read more

Working with Lisa has been one of the best parts of my recovery. I came in with a tough back injury as a Division I athlete, and she made me feel supported from the very first session. Lisa is very experienced, and it shows in the way she explains everything clearly, chooses the right exercises, and knows exactly how to guide each step of the process. On top of that, she genuinely cares and celebrates every bit of progress with me. I always leave feeling stronger, more confident, and motivated. I can honestly say I would not be where I am today without her guidance and encouragement. I highly recommend choosing PTO! read more

As a student PT, I had a wonderful experience and the opportunity to work with Lisa and the PT Options staff. Lisa taught me about the process of evaluating, diagnosing, and treating different types of ortho-patients in a very hands on educational environment. I was able to practice manual skills, become proficient in therex and modalities, learn aspects of running a PT private business, introduced to billing, and even attend in-services. PT Options always make patients and their staff feel right at home. I would recommend this physical therapy office to anyone seeking PT. read more

I went to Physical Therapy Options as the recommendation of my surgeon after knee surgery and could not be more pleased. Lisa Coors and her staff went out of the way to be helpful, taking the time to explain all the steps which needed to be taken in my therapy, definitely not a 'churn and burn' approach as some places can me. I was some impressed with the place that I sent both of my kids here after each of then had a sports injury. read more

I have been to a few different places. The staff here is wonderful and provide personal service. They know each patient closely- some places are "mills" that go through as many patients as possible without getting to know each other. Lisa and her staff are as far from these places as possible. I cannot recommend them more highly if you want a personal experience. read more
