It's truly a special place, and I rarely feel compelled to share my thoughts like this! Every single person I've encountered, from the staff to the fellow patients, contributes to such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Melissa, who guides me through my physical therapy, is simply incredible. She's not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring, making each session feel productive and encouraging. And Dr. Nicole, my chiropractor, is equally fantastic; she's truly made such a difference for me. It's not just the doctors, though! All the aides are wonderfully supportive and always go the extra mile to assist. There are so many amazing people there that it's hard to name them all individually, but please know your efforts are deeply appreciated. And let's not forget the dynamic duo at the front desk, Diamond and Rosey! They are always so warm, friendly, and efficient, setting such a welcoming tone the moment you walk in. Seriously, the entire team you have built is outstanding. It feels like a truly cohesive group dedicated to providing exceptional care and fostering a positive environment. Thank you for making my visits such a wonderful experience every time!

They are constantly progressing as the injury heals. I had a knee replacement 6 months ago and I'm back to almost 100% better than I was before the operation. I have full range and my leg is stronger than it's been in years. Feels better than the "good" knee and I'm back to playing golf. Can't say enough good things about them. They completely understand and implement the physiology and biomechanics associated with getting back to better than before. Plus it is a fun place to go work out and get better. Not sure what the other people are talking about. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Multiple dates of service were denied because they did not enter the correct CPT codes and when my Health Insurance requested updated information, they simply ignored multiple letters that were sent to them. Mistakes happen, but what I can't understand is the attitude I received from Jennifer the owner regarding mistakes that were made on their part. Left messages for her to call me back, which were never returned and when I finally reached her and questioned why she did not return my call she blamed the friendly front desk. I repeatedly questioned the mistakes and asked her to resubmit the claims, she became frustrated and told me this was something she did not understand, which is a sad excuse for the owner of a business to actually admit. Not only did she not understand she took no steps to understand and did not help me with the situation. I am writing a yelp review in hopes that this wakes them up and they learn how to submit claims and bill correctly. Oh and 6 months later and they still have not submitted the claims correctly. Beware.
