These cats were cool. They wouldnt let us hang out in the back, because of past clientele's shenanigans; fair enough, I get it. "Nah, you guys come check out our room we got." We were informed by one of the employees. It was pretty chill. They had a nice flat screen, some leather sofas, and cable. Plus, its also a game room. They have Golden Tee, Fusbol, checkers, and a chess board. High class indeed. The prices were reasonable, and the crew was cool. They did a great job, and finished with three cars, inside and out, in about 45 minutes. Definitely one of the best Car Wash establishments Ive been to. We were In & Out in no time. I was stranded at the airport with a dead car battery, Progressive roadside assistance sent someone out from this place to jump start the car. The man who came said "there better be a big fat tip for this". I had no cash. He asked me to drive around the airport back to departures so I could use the ATM to tip him. In hindsight I should have said no, he was already getting paid. But he made me so uncomfortable, like I owed him something. He got a 20 dollar tip that I regret giving him. Just really unprofessional. A tip for a jump start when they're already getting paid just isn't necessary. read more

Went there with a tire light on both times was told all my tires were low by about 12 pounds per tire in a weeks time was charged 10 dollars both times to put air in my tires the tire light did stay out for a week the first time went to tires plus the second time because the tire light never went out they reset it with there little hand held device and checked all the tire sensors no charge I bought the tires there in 2015 and a battery in 2019 I don't mind paying the ten dollars first time but when you try and tell them that a tire that leaked 12 pounds in a week or all 4 its hard to believe read more

I am always happy to support a locally owned small business. That is why today was SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. I had heard great things about In & Out Detailing and what fine work they did. I used to drive for DoorDash and thus have stained front bucket seats from beverage spills. I now drive for Uber and thus have several stains on the back bench seat from beverage spills made by passengers. I had been in this store about a year ago and they had a sign on the wall that showed all the detailing services they provided and their very reasonable prices. For the past several months, I have been trying to find a good time to take my car in to get the seats shampooed. Last weekend, I finally had time so I dropped by, hoping that maybe they could fit me in. They could not, so I made an appointment for the following Saturday (tomorrow). After I got home, I realized that they did not open on Saturday until 9 AM and I had to be somewhere else at that time, but I could use my wife's car. This afternoon, I stopped by to ask about leaving my spare key with them and dropping the car off later tonight, after they were closed. I was told this would be no problem. I looked around for the sign with the prices that I had seen before, but they had covered it up with tall shelves full of tires. SO I asked what the seat shampoo was going to cost. The lady behind the desk told me to go out to my car and she would send someone out to look at it and give me a price. I thought that was a bit odd, but whatever. Soon a gentleman came out. I explained what I wanted done and showed him the backseat. The front bucket seats currently have seat covers on them, but I told him they needed to be done too. He barely glanced in my car, but noticed some dog hair on the carpet between the driver's seat and the door. He said, "You have a dog." I said yes. He then proceeded to quote me a price for a complete detail job. I explained that all I wanted was the seats shampooed, not a full detail. He said he wouldn't do that. It was a full detail job or nothing. While his price for a full detail job was not necessarily out of line, it was more than I had planned on paying for the service I wanted done. I told him that I had booked an appointment and waited a week to give him my business, but I was not going to pay that amount for something I did not want done. I also expressed that I was very disappointed to find out that he was not willing to provide the service I requested. He made it readily apparent that he couldn't care less. If I didn't want a full detail job, then he didn't want my business. It would have been nice if I had been told that when I set the appointment a week before, and specified exactly the service I wanted done. I just came home, went online and booked an appointment for tomorrow with Russell Speeder's for a seat cleaning at a reasonable price. I know from my experiences as a car wash member that I will be treated with respect, courtesy, and probably even enthusiasm when I go there tomorrow. read more

My insurance company had them pick up my silverado to take too a mechanic. Brakes worked fine when they picked it up but when they dropped it off my brake line is leaking everywhere. When comfronted about it all i got was an attitude and hung up on. Wouldnt recommend this company too anybody. read more

I went here and got my tires replaced because they were bald, I have never had a problem with my Lugnuts before and yesterday I was driving and three of my Lugnuts broke off of my car, and I am very lucky that I did not wreck with my children in the car and the last people to touch my Lugnuts with In And Out Tires I called them they're saying that there's nothing they can do. They won't replace the tire. They won't replace the Lugnuts. All they can do is sell me a tire or lug nuts. I do not suggest going here. I strongly recommend that you check your Lugnuts before you leave the lot so that this problem doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

We pulled in and asked what the estimated time to wash our Toyota Tundra was. We were told 20-30 minutes. I said that was fine because we had dinner reservations. Pulled the car around and went inside to wait. TV was on so we watched football - for 90 minutes until I finally pulled the plug on the car wash. There was no fooz ball machine. No drinks like they show in their photos. When I finally told the main man that we needed to leave - he said " you've probably never washed a car, but it takes time". Ok. I was out. Don't insult me. Then, I was told to have a blessed day which had the tone of an eff you. Oh - they didn't vacuum like they said they did. And the doors, door jambs and dash were still unwashed. We paid $36 + $15 tip. read more

They did a fine job washing my Kia Soul. They were polite and courteous. Just felt a little confused and disgruntled because when I pulled in and asked for the basic wash on my Kia Soul, he said $15. To use a credit card, an additional $2. Kinda steep, especially when the price listed on their website for a car is $10, price for a truck is $14. I like supporting small businesses, I just felt a little taken. Before I left, I pulled up their website and showed it to the gentleman who washed my car. I asked if he knew who managed their website, because it showed a different price than what I was charged. I was not offered a refund of the difference. He looked at it, said "Oh, I didn't know that," and that he would get it fixed. Needless to say, I didn't tip, as I felt I already had. I won't be going back. Buyer beware. read more

I got a tire replaced by them and it went flat the next day. Brought it in to them about 2 or 3 times with the same problem and they told me first it was a loose valve and then they couldn't find a leak and when I finally asked to just replace the tire, instead of trying to fix it again they told me its been more than 2 weeks so they can't exchange it anymore even though I've been going to them since I got the tire with problems of it going flat over night. Waste of time, and money. Lost a customer. read more

When I pulled in the technician asked if I wanted high mileage oil and I asked how much. He said $49. He started fiddling with the computer and I asked if there were additional charges and he did not give me a clear answer. When he got done fiddling with the computer, he said, "Ok, that's $63 all together". I said I would take my car and shop around for an oil change elsewhere. He said that he could give me conventional oil for $41 and that would be the actual final price. They are definitely looking to take some extra cash from you. read more

Great experience from start to finish. On the phone, Tyrone was friendly and informative: they could detail my car today, but they wouldn't quote a price without seeing the car. Makes sense, I could have given birth or been sick in there, they don't know. When we arrived, we interrupted their lunch but they didn't mind. In fact, they offered us a slice. Long story short: met the owner, Gary. Super friendly. Got a great car detail with short notice for $125, and met some great people. What more could you ask for? read more

This is my favorite carwash. I don't like drive thru car washes because they are so harsh. In & Out hand washes my car and it looks showroom clean when I leave. They are very reasonably priced and the staff is always friendly and professional. The waiting area is nice and the owner always greets me when I come in. I wouldn't trust anyone else to wash my car. These guys at In & Out are FABULOUS! My car looks incredible! They shampooed/cleaned/waxed every inch of my car including the engine! They spent four (4) hours on my car if not more and it looks brand new again! They are very reasonable and I was able to call in advance, (402) 571-3175, and make an appt. for Saturday morning and it was ready by 4:30 p.m. I will be back this fall for another detail before winter! I am a very clean and picky person by nature and these guys were sensational.
