I have been coming here for over 15 years. I come around 9:30 in the morning and never have to wait long. I bring my three Honda cars in every other year. Friendly and fast service. They have very comfortable chairs while you wait. Although I am always on my way after about 15 -20 minutes usually with no wait at the 9 :30 time. It is across the street from El Farolito Restaurant. read more

Went around lunchtime ~11:45am and the smog guy was on a break. No worries, moved my car to be the first one after he got back in 10 min. Easy to give him the paperwork to scan for the smog check and he finished within 10 min. Was on my way and provided the receipt and smog check invoice with details. Cost $60 all together including the certification for my 2018 Honda Civic, which was the cheapest I found after comparing a couple other local places in Placentia. Will come back. read more

My husband and I continue to return to In & Out Smog Check as our go-to smog check service. The name of their business truly fits our experience, with quick and thorough service. Value is good. In two decades that we've been patronizing this efficient business, we are always treated kindly and courteously. Andy continues to honor the $10 off discount for our service. Why are they called In & Out? Because they are quick. I was in and out for about 10-15 minutes. I went there on a Monday and it was raining. There was no one waiting and the guy just asked me to pull in a little and I just sat in my car while he was doing the work. With the $10 off check in coupon, I end up paying $50 for the smog check, which I think is a reasonable price nowadays. I will recommend this place. The only concern is since this place is small and the plaza is small as well, I am not where you can park the car if there is other people in there. You will need to pick a rainy day I guess. read more

I have used the services of this business twice. The first time was a few years ago and again today. Both times I received quick and excellent service. The technician who helped me today was Anh. Anh is quite competent and completed my smog quickly. My vehicle is an older year model and requires a more extensive smog check than some newer models, but the check was done as quickly as possible. During the check, Anh helped me with a minor mechanical problem with my vehicle which was not smog related. I offered to pay extra for Anh's assistance, but Anh refused any additional payment. I had a good experience here both times I have visited this business, and I recommend this place to anyone who needs this service. read more

Great service, went to 2 other places prior to this that said they couldn't get their machines to "connect" to our 2014 BMW 5 series.
