They did not even come to our home to give us an estimate; I had to FaceTime with them. The truck they used to load our stuff was not big enough, so they had to come back and work until midnight. The neighbors threatened to call the police. On another note, we paid serious bucks for the move and while submitting the payment we were kind of forced into leaving an additional 10% tip. My spouse told me that was the lowest pay option, and he is such a nice guy who can't say no. We are already paying for the labor, why do we need to leave a $600 tip on top of that? Also, to handle our furniture, they needed at least 5-6 people, but there were only three of them and they worked themselves to death. I feel bad for those three guys and it's not fair to them. FYI, if you need the company to hold on to your furniture, they also charge another $1000 for a week. I looked up other reviews for them and they are glowing with five stars. I'm not sure what I'm missing here. Really, please let me know. Why did I have this experience????
