I talked to a lady on the phone and told her this. From looking at the video posted on their website, I thought that they were going to be extremely compassionate, caring, and hopefully helpful. I asked to make an appointment and she asked where I was located. When I proceeded to tell her, she said that depending on my location and whether I wanted a upright or flat stone would make a difference in who I needed an appointment with. OK so that makes sense. She said she would call me back and I have yet to hear from anyone. That was weeks ago. Being I said, I was wanting to get this started as soon as possible that she would call me back in probably a few minutes or no later than the next day with an appointment. Like I said, that was weeks ago. I didn't bother to call back. I figure if they couldn't even call back with an appointment, that they probably weren't very dependable. They should probably change that video on their website because from what I've seen none of it's true. I should have read the reviews first. Seems like I'm not the only one who has been disappointed with the lady who answers the phone. Seems like that would be a hint to find someone else. If this is the first contact anybody has with your business seems like you'd want to be a good one. Or at least someone that can fake it well and pretend like they care. It turned out fantastic, please check out pictures. Elias brought several teams and master stone mason, Francisco to do the work. Don "Pancho" used Clovis rebar/fence code and did amazing work. I also needed to move some sprinkler valves about two feet and he brought in Don Martin to do this job. I had an original home builder wood fence, it was falling apart. My new fence does not even compare to previous fence. I incentivised Elias for a fast build and he did a great job in 4 days! Next, I really appreciated that his crew came the day after they were done with the fence and cleaned up the mess. I highly recommend Building Hard Concrete for any needed concrete work.
