From the very beginning, they were compassionate, patient, and understanding of how important it was for us to create a beautiful and meaningful memorial for our loved one. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped guide us through the process with care and professionalism. The quality and workmanship of the headstone were outstanding, and the finished result was even more beautiful than we had hoped. Losing someone we love is never easy, but having a company that treated us with kindness and respect made this part of the process much easier. We are extremely grateful for their attention to detail and for helping us create a lasting tribute that our family will treasure for years to come. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a headstone and, most importantly, for people who will treat you and your family with compassion during such a difficult time.

I live in Southern California, and during the holidays, I returned to Fresno and stopped at my parent's graveside to leave flowers and prayers. Their graveside marker appeared worn and deteriorated. I surfed the web and found Rico's. Denise, the office manager, was very patient and understanding and provided exemplary communication throughout the process. The technicians Jimmy and Jose performed an excellent restoration, as evident in the attached before and after photos. Your loved ones may be gone, however, never forgotten thanks to the kind and caring people at Rico Memorial Stones.

My Father passed unexpectedly in March and my Mom and I went in to collect on his plan and see how everything works ( our first time with cremation services). Mary the owner was very quick with no sympathy or compassion ran through the questions. She seemed very irritated. We was battling with brain fog of course because my Father just passed. She rushed through her prices very rudely asked Which one of you will pay it's due now?! Then proceeded to be even more irritated when we explained I had the receipt. It was already paid for. She rushed us out so fast we was more sadden and confused then when we came. Mary had no patience. I could feel her frustration and I wanted to leave soon as I got there. If my father had not already paid for this service we have declined the services.

Well here we are, tomorrow it will be 5 weeks since they came to pick him up! When I questioned where his ashes were they said at the crematory but someone there has been sick for the past couple of days. My gosh does the crematory only have one employee????? I'm actually being very nice writing this review, especially when I'm so upset and pissed off. Let me tell you I jumped the gun on this review! Clovis Funeral Chapel absolutely 100% made it right. It was the crematoriums fault that they use (d). The crematorium does have ONLY one employee and one machine. Clovis Funeral Chapel was extremely dissatisfied with the service that the crematorium and how they fell behind, that's why it took so long. Clovis Funeral Chapel gave me a partial refund because they genuinely felt horrible about this whole situation. I'm so thrilled that they got my husbands ashes to me today. Would I recommend Clovis Funeral Chapels services, yes ! And I would use them again !

Only thing done right the fast response to hospice when my father-in-law passing…read more My father-in-law, requested in his paid Neptune plan to honor his Military Combat Vietnam Service by an American flag draped over him, they did before he left his room. covered by flag out to the transport. Neptune did only that one act right. Rest of service Neptune gave was absolutely disrespectful & inexcusable it's no way to treat the dead & their family, to operate a cremation service business. My Father-In-Law's body was left in a freezer for almost 2 Months. Him, his Family were all treated with such disrespect. Neptune added to all our grief, daily stress, & caused a lot of suffering. He passed in January, Neptune didn't cremate him till March. Almost TWO MONTHS, that poor Man, laid in the freezer, instead of put to rest, cremated as he planned & paid for with his small SS salary to Neptune. WHY ? The female employee lost or, the b-story my spouse was finally fed, after calling many times to find out what was wrong, she said I left some items off the paperwork He felt lied to by her and treated with disrespect, his father, him & rest of kids, siblings, suffered caused by Neptune. For almost 2 Months, not a Neptune staffer called to tell us, that her paperwork for cremation was incomplete. She added to Pain & caused caused Suffering. His funeral was in limbo, she piled on more grief and said your Father can't be cremated till, (same incompetent), female employee returns from her 2 WEEKS VACATION. His poor father had to lay for TWO MORE WEEKS in a FREEZER, on top of laying in there way past expectation of being put to rest. same female employee, who treated a Man's end of life, his body, his family who was grieving and his wish for a quick cremation. His vital cremation paperwork she treated like garbage, is going on her 2 WEEK VACATION first, that's the most important thing to Neptune & this cold employee. No cremation for your father till then. 2 Weeks longer in the freezer, till ms. 2WK VACAY returns to correct the paperwork. Disgraceful the female employee made it agonizing to deal with Neptune, as his Family, and Belmont Cemetery were all waiting for ms 2WK Vacay @Neptune for almost 2 Months to put a Father, Brother, G-Father, GG-Father, Military Vietnam Combat Veteran to rest. Just awful
