I love going to Impressions Salon. All the stylists are knowledgeable and friendly. My (20 year) stylist Johnny "D" moved to this location when they opened several years ago. He enjoys the environment with the latest equipment and space to accommodate COVID. His prices are fair and he does everything from hair botox/keratin treatments to color & highlights. Ha! Kim "the owner".... Go figure. I was really hoping that the person I was going to review on here was not- but, it is. The rudest person to encounter on my first visit to this salon. Note: if by chance any of her staff/clients felt that her comment to me today (12/14/22 time 2:41 pm) was professional, if feel for you. for those who disagree, Thank you. I was confronted by this hypered woman who needed her questions answered quickly as I walked in for a consult. I felt I was in a round of jeopardy for Gods sake. After a few exchanged words, my statement to her was " I'm on a budget" . her reply to a potential client (myself) was "Good luck with that!" and with that, I can't leave out her condescending tone which is not only rude but unprofessional. Unfortunately the two people I was looking forward to meet at this salon I will never have a chance to. With a hair salon in every plaza, you have so many choices but you never know what you're going to get. I've had my hair bleached, burnt and even fall out. I was just about to give up, and then I found Rhianna. From the first time I went to her she took her time explain to me what happened previously to my hair and started me on a course of treatment to get my hair happy and healthy again. Needing to find a stylist closer to home, a close friend recommended Impressions Salon. Yes, the whole salon. As in, every stylist there is talented. With such a glowing reference, I felt confident going there. My husband and I both got our hair cut by Kim, who did an impeccable job. My husband's hair is notoriously difficult to cut with lots of cowlicks, but Kim was able to style it beautifully. My hair was cut and dried, and turned out quite lovely (if I do say so myself.) The salon interior is contemporary and clean. The place feels very welcoming with the coffee station and mini fridge filled with soft drinks. I am very pleased with my friend's recommendation. Love Impressions Salon!!! I've been going to Camille since I was 3 years old and I don't trust anyone other than her with my hair. I have very curly, hard to deal with hair (and ideas of what I want it to look like. Camille nails it every time. The salon is tucked into a shopping/business center. The setup is very functional and they make great use of the space. The decor is trendy and sophisticated. Everyone is very friendly. They are a full service salon- hair, nails, skincare, eyebrows, etc. The salon is a little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. Make it a point to go! read more

I cannot say enough great things about my stylist Rhianna... if you are a (not natural) blonde she is the one for you. This salon is the best! It's nicely decorated and always clean. Sheree at the front desk is always so nice and welcoming. I see Rhianna and she is EVERYTHING!!!! She is fast and knowledgeable and always on point. I previously had another hair stylist that was so overpriced and I used to have to take an entire day to go to the salon bc she overbooked clients. To be in a hair salon for 8+ hrs is insane. I first came to Rhianna for highlights and a trim and was out of the salon in less than 2 hours. I was actually confused as to how fast it went only to realize I had previously been wasting time and $$$. The prices here are unbelievable for the service and results you get!
