While I was frustrated, I understood and completed the returns they were able to accept. I then had to go to Kohl's to finish the remaining Amazon returns, which meant canceling and redoing some of the return requests. The whole process was inconvenient and time-consuming. Because I was dealing with multiple Amazon returns and trying to sort everything out, I accidentally left some of my return items on the counter. When I came back about 15 minutes later, the items were gone. Since they were Amazon returns, they still had value, and it appears someone took them. What was most disappointing was the lack of assistance afterward. No one seemed interested in helping investigate what happened or offering to check security cameras. I understand that businesses cannot control the actions of customers, but I expected more concern and effort to help after items disappeared from the counter. I'm sharing this so others can be extra careful with their belongings and return items when visiting this location. My experience was frustrating and left me very disappointed with the customer service

They were very responsive to my multiple emails and questions and checked the designs to make sure they'd look fine when printed on the foam boards. I was nervous because the designs looked fine on an 8.5"x11" piece of paper, but I worried they wouldn't look so great when enlarged. Abe reassured me that the designs would print exactly the same. All the signs were printed quickly and perfectly. One of the signs needed to be redone because of a mistake I made. They were kind enough to reprint it without charging me again. I can't say they'd do this for all customers because that could amount to a lot of lost revenue, but I am grateful that they saved me a little money.

Normally, the return process is quick, quiet, and seamless. Today, this employee refused to help me until I verbally responded to him, repeatedly demanding, "Can we help you?" in an aggressive tone. First of all, forced verbal interaction is entirely unnecessary for a simple drop-off scan. Second, it is completely ableist and inconsiderate. I am currently dealing with a sore throat and bad hearing from allergies forcing me to strain my voice just to receive basic service is incredibly rude (was clearly wearing a mask). He was clearly judging me and power-tripping over a simple transaction. Never going back here again.
