We contact various places and Magic Touch got back to us right away and had someone out within 24 hours to cut the existing countertop, and polished it to a professional shine on site. They helped us faster than anyone else we had reached out to, the other places haven't even returned our calls yet. The counter job is completed better than we expected, and making sure that everyone was happy with the final product no matter what it took. We are so happy that they were expedient, skilled in their workmanship, and went above and beyond to make sure we were overly happy with the results. Our Kitchen refacing project started on November 7, 2022. It is now February 21, 2023 and the…read moreproject is still not completed. Drawers were ordered multiple times for our island and all were the wrong drawers. They are not unusually sized drawers. We ordered molding. It was not delivered with the original hardware. They claimed it was not on the contract. However, it is on the contract. I had to send it to them before they would order it. Is it installed? Nope. The sales person told us once the sale is completed she removes herself from the project. The end result is I have nowhere to turn. I basically have to hope they answer my email inquiries and eventually show up with the correct drawers. She was extremely pleasant in our home when she was selling her product. I am very surprised she would not help me. Oh and I almost forgot the kicker -- we paid in full. We have absolutely no leverage to get this project completed. The owner ignored my text messages, practically begging him to intervene and get this project to the finish line. The original installer installed several cabinet doors CROOKED. He was not happy that we pointed this out and he had to do them all over again. This was a $24,000 project. Not an insignificant amount of money. Incompetence is one thing. But just plain not caring is another. Our next stop is the Better Business Bureau. Please think twice before using this company.

Luis responded immediately and within one week installed the countertop and even decided to put a piece on my trash/ recycling cabinet which was a wonderful surprise! But when Luis sent over the estimate, he included this; "We will make sure it fits before we leave." Smart man. And guess what, Luis was right. The wood on the cabinet underneath was not allowing the cook top to fit and it too needed to be cut. The men picked up the cook top a few times in order to try to see if it fits. Very personable, kind men. The only thing I didn't like was the dust but when you have to cut granite inside a house, it can't be avoided, unless they tape up plastic. But, you still get dust. The estimate was 275-475 and it completed the work for 325 cash. We are very happy with this company and would recommend them.

I am rarely inclined to post a review on a business as not many businesses impress me. I have to…read moresay I am incredibly impressed with this company. From Leo the owner meeting with us after business hours to accommodate our schedule which set a great first impression. I worked with Rich whom I think it as the project manager there and I have to say, Rich hands down is the best project manager I have ever worked with. He was incredibly patient with me and helped me select the quartz countertops I wanted. He showed me a variety and I was not sold on most of them. He even did his own research using Pinterest pictures of what I wanted until he found the slab I've been dreaming of! Rich kept me informed along the way, texted/called back within minutes if I had a question. I changed my mind on the quartz slab 3 different times and he was incredibly patient. If you're thinking of renovating your kitchen, this is hands down the company you want to work with. What a dream team! The guys who installed the slab were great, and really took their time in installing the countertops, and cleaned them beautifully before they left and did not leave an ounce of trash behind.
