The owner left tree pieces he was supposed to haul away. I saw him add them to a pile of cut trees we already had. They just ran over things that were in their way instead of asking us to move them, breaking things like yard stakes where I didn't want vehicles to park anyway. They damaged a lot of smaller trees that I asked them to avoid just running into them with their equipment. I do not recommend this company. The only good thing about it was the price.

Both Jesus and Elizabeth had wonderful ideas for us to consider. Their company built a brick stairway leading from the side of our driveway and up into the planting area at the front of our house. It is exactly what we had in mind, and looks amazing. We also needed some bricks replace/repaired, and their workmanship was excellent. Lastly, they brought in soil and mulch, and planted a number of plants. All work was completed in a timely manner, and their workers were always on-time, and clearly had pride in their work. The driveway is fine, but the experience was challenging. Details: We hired George Paving for a…read morefull driveway replacement. The project included removing the old asphalt and installing a new base and asphalt layer. There were some delays in starting the project, and during the work we were informed there was more asphalt from our old driveway to be removed than originally estimated, resulting in an additional $3,000 cost. After completion, we noticed a small area of the new driveway where the asphalt had an imperfection - a small area was crumbling. We documented the issue with photos and called Immanuel to ask not just about repairing it, but also to learn what might have caused it, and how could we prevent it going forward. So we were looking for guidance as new driveway owners. However, what we thought was a small issue escalated unexpectedly because Immanuel responded in a very defensive and aggressive manner. It left us with the impression he wasn't at all interested in looking after the customer after the initial work was done and payment received. So the work was of decent quality and a good value, but the communications were problematic. We would have appreciated more collaborative and solution-focused communication. UPDATE May 18: The day after this initial review was posted, Immanuel contacted us. In a few days he was able to come by and fix the small area and answer our questions in a short time, which is all we wanted in the first place. We parted peacefully, but we'll hire another contractor to do our next sealing and maintenance visits.

Terrible!…read more Supervisor Styles said he would be on site, he was not. When I looked out the window, 11 branches from the lower part of the trunk, were cut off my beautiful tree. There was only supposed to be 3 branches cut off way up at the top. These lower branches use to provide privacy and shade, now none.. The tree is about 100-120 feet and the branches any where from 5-7 inches wide! I tried to talk to the men in the tree but they did not understand English and the 'fill in' person in charge could not communicate with them either. Also very unreliable when they would show up. For this job the crew arrived at 5:15 PM, I waited all day and took off from work, no communication on time estimation to keep me in the loop. I also contracted to have them cut down and grind the stump of a pine the same day, the pine was cut down fine, but they could not grind the stump because it got too dark. Three attempts to get them back to grind the stump failed. Not on my part, thiers. Three scheduled times to do it and all no shows! I finally had to hire another company to grind. The office person is nice.
