My son sat in gum in his brand new sweatpants. They were $100. Before in even went I called and asked if they could get it out. They said they could. I dropped them off. They said they would be done by Tuesday. I show up Wednesday and they were not done. I come back on Thursday. They were done but there was still gum on them. When I went back in to see if they could get the remaining gum off the kid gives me an attitude like I was inconveniencing him asking for the complete stain to be removed. I walked out. I needed to find a dry cleaner in town before I left for travel. I dropped off two ties with food stains on them. The person that accepted the ties said no problem. One came back clean the other the food stain was untouched. When I pointed out the stain to the worker, they were dismissive. They charged me for both ties. When I asked shouldn't I only be charged for one tie, since the other one was not clean, the answer was a curt, no. No attempt to get the manager. I noticed before I made this post, the owner was not pleased when they delivered bad service. Yet this employee made no attempt to get a manager. I left to catch my plane. read more

I recently moved to the area and needed to get a couple pants cleaned and shirts laundered and pressed. I saw that Imperial Dry Cleaners was the closest place to me. I was a little leery based on the 2.5/5 star reviews on Yelp and a similar mediocre rating on Google. But, I figured I'd give it a try. It's unfortunate that the other reviewers had bad experiences. I did not. I arrived, the people were reasonably friendly, my stuff was done when promised, and the prices were very reasonable. I say "reasonably friendly" because I can't imagine working in a hot dry cleaner in the middle of the summer, sweating buckets, being around all of those chemicals, and being super cheerful at the register. Don't take your clothes here ever!!! Worst place of all time. I decided to give them another chance after talking to Paul. Well I go back to get my stuff and granted he shirts were clean. Well their lady who does alterations refused to repair the pants that she failed to the first time. She claimed she had never done them. This place lacks integrity and the service is complete shit. Everyone who is an owner or manager should never be in charge of a customer service business Overpriced and late!! I dropped off 3 pairs of pants to be altered and cleaned. They told me they would be ready in a week which was fine. But when I went on two days after they were supposed to be done, they weren't even ready! They said they were being cleaned that day. Why were they being cleaned two days after they were supposed to be ready!!! The lady said she would take some off because of the incident but when I went back to pick up today, guess what? she didn't even do that!!! Absolutely horrible service all around. read more

I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service I received from this business. They made promises they did not keep and ruined my brand new garment to the point that I cannot use it any further. They further insulted me by telling me the fabric was of shoddy quality and to add injury to insult, they handed me a copy of the law surrounding dry clean labels! So as you drive up, you see signs stating that they were rated number 1 and they're the best. Okay great! They'll definitely do a good job. So I drop off a pair of corrections uniforms to get pressed and hemmed. They said they could try to get it done same day which was awesome! So 4:00 rolls around and they're ready. The lady at the desk didn't say if they were able to hem them or not. So I assumed they were. Well they weren't hemmed. The uniform shirt was pressed and by the end of week the patch was falling off which the lady said would not happen. So naturally I brought them back and the lady said she never charged me for a hemming. If it's not on the ticket how is the seamstress supposed to know if they need to be hemmed or not?? When I told the older lady about the patch she said I should contact the company that glued it on! You can't own up to your own mistake?! You can't apologize for your own faults?!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR QUALITY. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! Rated #1 my butt!! They probably made the signs themselves. read more
