You bring cash, they force you to put it on a card, and if, heaven forbid, something happens, you loose that money, and if you want it back you have to give them $2. That is a scam period! There is not for the customers convenience, it's greed pure and simple. If you don't pay the $2, do you think the facility looses access to the money? No, you already gave it to them!! They will keep everything spare nickle, dime, quarter or dollar they can get their grubby hands on! You have been warned. read more

Up till this morning (November 17, 2025), I'd had an excellent experience with this laundromat. Nice and clean, it was really nice to have a good, reliable laundromat that was staffed close to my home. However, one of the staff (older dark-haired lady with a grouchy-looking face) not only was rude to me, but shamed me in front of other customers. Then she yelled at me for using the vinegar solution spray to clean my laundry basket. I had used this spray and cleaned my basket many times before. Anyway, she is rude and shameful and I will NOT be going back to this laundry. There are plenty of other laundromats to go to. read more

We loaded up the SUV with five loads and went here. Staff was amazing and very helpful with the app to use the large machines. This laundrymat was modern and clean. The only advice I have is better seating for handicapped people and a lower table we can sit and fold the clothes on. It was $30 to wash a dry all those clothes and it was finished washing and drying in 70 minutes. read more

I absolutely love dirty britches !!! I drop my stuff off in the morning and it's done within a couple of hours! Even on the weekend when they are busy they always make sure to get my laundry done! Decided to check out this new laundromat near me and found the inside nice and clean and machines pretty new. However, one of the ladies working there--KIM?-- was rude. Apparently there was a nail or something in my washing machine and she came and turned it off and told me I had to put my wet laundry in another machine so I "wouldn't break the machine." Pretty rude about it and maybe she was having a bad day??? Anyway, I looked over the comments and another bad review came up about probably the same worker. She needs to go. Period. The attendant Liz was working nonstop, helping everyone get acquainted with Dirty Britches. I brought my own dirty britches in to get washed. The prices are OK. Not expensive. You get brand new machines that are state of the art and clean. They have a TV that has many things on it all at once which I find to be very interesting. They even have a little Britches playroom and it's called Little britches laundry. It has a few little chairs and a little table and books and toys and mirrors for the kids to play with while you do your wash. There's a ton of washing machines and dryers. You won't find them all full at once. Oh, by the way, the snack machine and the soap machine is not overpriced. You can get a full-size Powerade for like two dollars and a bag of Fritos for like a dollar. They even have a bathroom and you can use it unless you're a drug addict and you're gonna go shoot up. That's why it's kept locked. Endless things to look at here BTW for you very busy people they do wash and fold and it goes by weight. So come on over and clean your britches. read more

One of the best laundromat ever!!! Very clean and organized. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I like that you can pay with your phone which most places don't offer that. Washer and dryer's worked very good as well. Last place I went to I had to dry my small load of clothes multiple times. They have different washer sizes which range from a 10lbs loads to 80lbs. This was definitely worth the drive and highly recommend this place. Also feels very safe and friendly. read more

The wonderful angels at this beautiful clean actually thoughtful homelike laundrymat and they do the wash and dry and fold Liz and Blue, also the whole staff are amazing and treat you like family. The prices are under what you pay to do it yourself and it takes so much stress off you when you're sick or working or so busy. Washers and dryers were top of the line and very efficient. The building was very cute and had a feeling of being in an adorable high end boutique. Love that we had an option to pay with an app or coins. The staff and business owner Rob were very friendly and helpful. We had several loads of laundry to do after our house flooded with hurricane Helene so being in such a friendly atmosphere during a stressful time was very much appreciated. read more

Best laundry facility ever! Very clean. Kim met me in the parking lot with a cart to use in transporting my large comforter. She showed me how to operate the washing machines and dryers. There is a sitting area with tv's and magazines while you wait. There's a super cute play area for small children and a snack area. Highly recommend this boujee laundromat! read more

My father asked me to do him a favor and take his comforter blankets to a laundry matt and wash them for him. I noticed there was a brand new laundry matt that opened in a plaza 2 streets down from my house so I went in to take a peek and see how it looked. Upon entering I was greeted by The owner Lisa who was nothing but smiles and glowing with warmness and seemed genuinely happy to help me with her services. I was walked through the laundry matt by a very lovely young woman named Liz who showed me how things work and operate. Everything was extremely clean and the washing machines were high tech and touch screen. They could also be used with the app the company provides on your phone. They have vending machines with snacks and a total of 9 or 12 tv screens that play all different things at once it was actually very impressive. Today was the grand opening so all laundry done today was absolutely FREE which was very generous for a new opening business. I started my laundry with Liz and came back at the estimated time the washing machine predicted the load would be done. Upon entering my clothes were already being folded and put into a nice clean plastic case / bag that was provided for me and was offered to help walk them back to my car which I insisted I could handle. Everyone was very warm and welcoming and my fathers blankets are fresh and clean thanks to Dirty Britches!!
