We are having new floors put in our house so right now everything is everywhere including our washer and dryer. So I was hoping to find a place that could wash, dry and cold out laundry and clean my scrubs and hang them so they were ready for work this week. I worked with Jacklin who was extremely nice and helpful. Jacklin told me everything would be ready the next day and they would call when it was ready. Sure enough they called the next day and our laundry was done. All of my uniforms were clean and hung on hangers, all of our clothes were grouped together, folded and wrapped with wrap to keep them clean. I highly recommend this place if you need a wash, dry and fold or even if you want to wash yourself they have very nice machines and it's very clean inside here. read more

This little laundromat is nestled right at the corner of our neighborhood, a little back from the main road(Mariner). It's always kept clean and looks inviting. That's because it's run very well, from what I can tell. The machines are always in working order. They have options for payment. One form can be done on your phone so you are able to receive alerts when your wash or dry load is nearly finished. There is a good amount of both large capacity washers and dryers to choose from. There are also folding tables situated throughout the establishment for convenience. It's a quaint little laundromat that's usually bustling with activity at the typical times as most laundromats (morning and after 5pm). The parking lot is sufficient, with a few spaces that allow you to get relatively close to entrance/exit so you're not dragging your clean, folded laundry all over the place. The temp is kept relatively comfortable, despite all the dryers running so I usually choose to fold my laundry before packing it up to leave. We use Best Cleaners & Laundry to wash our large comforters, bedding items etc to save time, as it would take all day to wash/dry ours at home. I love the convenience of getting two days worth of laundry done in a quarter of the time, using their commercial washers and dryers. Highly recommend! read more

Worst laundry mat I have ever been to. Expect your laundry to be taken out of the dryer DURING the dry time. The owners/managers will take your belongings out put them in a basket while they are still wet and have money left so that others can utilize your dryer. During covid to touch someone else's CLOTHES and then blame the customer for not sitting inside watching it. There is no limit on the amount of people inside the store, there is no sterilization products being used between customers, and there is no rules and regulations posted. This place is by far discpicable of an establishment. They blamed me for not staying inside with 15 people to watch my stuff as I waited in my car to not be in contact with people. The timer on my phone went off, I walked inside to find my wet mattress topper in a cart. I asked the worker why is this in here and her response is that other people needed to use the dryer. She took my belongings out of the dryer and gave my money to someone else to use. The audacity of this is embarrassing. She calls the owner and puts me on the phone because obviously i'm pissed. The owner states it's a fire hazard and it's dry. I'm glad that the phone you are using to talk to me with can tell you my product is dry. She had zero remorse and zero strive to fix the situation. read more

When my washing machine broke, I went to Best Cleaners and Laundry, left them my dirty clothes and they came back smelling clean, folded better than the day I purchased them and the service was excellent. Have been using the wash dry fold service for over a year. I have been generally happy with the service. However lately there have been a lot of new employees and I did mention to one of the original girls that their folding leaves something to be desired. Over a week ago I noticed I was missing a pair of pants when I picked up my clothes. I did inquire but the girl I spoke with was new. She told me she would make the owner aware as they can determine who washed my clothes. I went back a few days later and saw the same woman who said she did email the owner, but it has been about 2 weeks and I have heard nothing. I understand that mistakes (?) happen but I would think a least a response, apology, explanation would be in order. read more
