She started by telling me I should not put the soap in the front area of the soap holder or dispenser on the machine--I already knew that and so didn't respond because she always tells me not to do that every time I come in there. Her tone was very rude and seemed almost like she wanted to start something...? I ignored her and she basically said: Did you hear me, I'm talking to you! I have NEVER in my life, anywhere, been treated like that by an employee of a business. I replied, Yes, I know, you tell me that or something else every time I come in here. Then, to add insult to injury, she replied, Why do you keep putting the soap in the wrong place? So that pissed me off and I said, Look, I just want to do my laundry in peace and it appears you're picking on me for some reason. In short, we got into it and she ended up calling the police because we had a nasty verbal exchange. This is one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered in my life! It was almost as though she didn't like me personally for some reason and decided to reverse being a racist towards me. Again, I will never go there again. I just want to do my laundry and do not need an employee there harassing me while I'm doing my laundry. I don't talk to anyone and clean up my mess. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to go there. She showed me how to differentiate between the 3-load washers and the 6-load washers. Six loads! Also, it is spotless clean, has seating, free wi-fi, television, and magazines to read. All sorts of normal people were in there, washing their uniforms and larger items (unlike the other laundromat which smelled of funny cigs). Also, it is next to a Dollar Tree store.
