I had to spend about eight to $10 just to wash one item in their big machine. I was pretty disgusted when I first walked up to the laundromat because of the trash and garbage left out front. I should have turned around and gone to someplace else, but I was in a hurry. I went to open a washer and there was leftover items in there paper trash, a key, and what look like part of baby diapers you know the plastic on a diaper. I didn't use that washer. I went to another one and saw dirty underwear left inside, so I decided I will take my smaller load of laundry and do them someplace else. But I had to do my comforter so after cleaning the big machine out that had papers gum, dead bugs, and other trash left in there I washed my comforter I took it to the big dryer and to my dismay, I find more dead cockroaches in the dryer. It was completely disgusting! And that last, but not least of disgustingness was the amount of living German cockroaches scurrying everywhere. There was one on the folding table, and I almost put my comforter on that to fold it. One thing that is so difficult to get rid of anywhere is German cockroaches and had one of those cockroaches gotten into my clothes and I brought it home. I would've had an infestation which I would've had to pay for to get rid of. I won't be coming back to wash bowl laundromat I will go to another one that I usually frequent. I don't recommend this place and I'm only giving it two stars because the attendant was halfway decent. Unless you're in a desperate need to wash your clothes, then go to wash bowl if not, try to borrow a family member or friends washing machine or go to some other one.

She started by telling me I should not put the soap in the front area of the soap holder or dispenser on the machine--I already knew that and so didn't respond because she always tells me not to do that every time I come in there. Her tone was very rude and seemed almost like she wanted to start something...? I ignored her and she basically said: Did you hear me, I'm talking to you! I have NEVER in my life, anywhere, been treated like that by an employee of a business. I replied, Yes, I know, you tell me that or something else every time I come in here. Then, to add insult to injury, she replied, Why do you keep putting the soap in the wrong place? So that pissed me off and I said, Look, I just want to do my laundry in peace and it appears you're picking on me for some reason. In short, we got into it and she ended up calling the police because we had a nasty verbal exchange. This is one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered in my life! It was almost as though she didn't like me personally for some reason and decided to reverse being a racist towards me. Again, I will never go there again. I just want to do my laundry and do not need an employee there harassing me while I'm doing my laundry. I don't talk to anyone and clean up my mess. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to go there. What a horrible place--no one needs the aggravation. No one.

She always takes the time to help and explain things without ever making me feel bad. This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep it that way. I've been to other laundromats where I've seen bugs and poor maintenance, but that has never been the case here. Kim and the rest of the staff are always friendly, hardworking, and willing to help. Their customer service and dedication to keeping the laundromat clean make a huge difference. The website was so convenient! I was able to add delivery instructions, care instructions, abd folding instructions. I appreciated that when they dropped off the clothing it wasn't just in the bags I'd given them - they were in clear plastic bags as well, to protect the clean laundry. Plus, more formal clothes were on hangers. I haven't inspected all the laundry yet but I see no issues so far and everything was well packed and smelled great!!!
