He expressed doubt that the car wash had done this. I asked him to take a look at the scratch as it was clearly not man made but he refused saying he was busy. This is a new car to me and I can get both the salesman and the dealer to attest that the scratch was not there at the time of purchase. Finally the other manager who was worse than the first calling me a crazy female called the police which I said please do. The officer clearly could see that this was no man made, not caused by someone keying my car because I was a crazy female. Bunch of misogynistic men who don't understand the meaning of customer service. Update: it is is now thought that this was caused by a stone or some kind of debris caught in a brush or roller from a previous car. In the process he was able to do a finish machine polish and to apply a ceramic coating I had purchased online from Avalon King to keep the car looking fresh for up to 3 years. Now my maintenance washes will be easy and the car will look great for my wife for a long time. He's a hard working kid, was here for the better part of the day and did a fantastic job.
