We purchased a gift certificate from Campos, last year for my mom on Mother's Day. Carting the four grandchildren around to school, sports and home, her car managed to get a little grungy. We dropped it off at Campos last night and picked it up by 4pm today. The car looks absolutely amazing and is spotless inside and out! Buyers beware!!! We bought an SUV from here a little over a year ago. Since then we have had to replace the power steering pump, the radiator, then the thermostat housing, then the exhaust broke in half, and recently on Christmas this year the transmission went. This place sells lemons! A little over a year and so much in repair cost and now the transmission that cost between &1,200 to $5,000 to repair! The vehicles they sell may look great, however, I believe they buy them at auction and they do a half ass job preparing them, and then sell them to the public for more money than they are worth. Please do your research before buying from this company. read more

We've always been pleased with their detailing services, and have found their staff to be consistently dependable, courteous and accommodating. As someone who always checks Yelp, Amazon, etc. before purchasing goods or services, I often find bad reviews to be more helpful than good ones. With that, it's appropriate that the previous reviewer shared their unfortunate experience on Yelp regarding Campos' window-tinting service. Buyer beware! I went to Campo's, paid for a full detail + front driver & passenger window tinting...told them to tint my front windows "MA Legal" as there's a strict limit. A few weeks later I got pulled over by a MA Trooper SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE HE THOUGHT MY WINDOWS ARE TOO DARK...so he measured and they are NOT legal. I went back and the owner of Campo's REFUSED to resolve the issue! In fact, he basically called me a liar yet does not even own a tint meter with which to check his work. I will find another, more reputable vendor to do the job right, as I spread the word not to use this company. USE CAMPO'S AT YOUR OWN RISK. read more

I purchased a vehicle from Ronaldo/ Campos Auto Detailing in March. I bought it outright and registered it right away. I did not receive the car for over two weeks due to it "being in the shop to fix a light, waiting for a part" etc. The only good thing I have to say is that he let me use his loaner car while mine was being "fixed". You have 7 days in MA to inspect the car after it is registered. I didn't receive my vehicle for almost two weeks and was told I would receive it with an inspection sticker. He gave it back to me without a sticker. I went to have it inspected the next day, and the check engine light went on. I went back to Campos to request a refund. I bought a car to drive, not a car to have sitting in the shop. He told me "it is not a t-shirt, you cannot just return it." I did some research and found that he legally had three attempts at fixing the car. So, I let him make a second attempt. He said he replaced the catalytic converter, which is what code was coming up on the computer when I tried to get it inspected. I never received a receipt for the work he claimed to do on the car. In retrospect, that was my fault, but I was so desperate to have my vehicle (I work two jobs, I am a student, I need a vehicle). The light was off when I received the car, I took it to be inspected and it failed because due to battery being disconnected to clear the light. The garage I tried to get the sticker at told me I needed to drive it for a couple hundred miles prior to the computer being able to read the code. I did that, no check engine light came on so I figured it was all set, brought it back and it did in fact pass inspection. Two weeks later the check engine light came back on. It has been going on and off since then. I finally saved enough money to bring it to be fixed and was informed that an after market catalytic converter was put in the vehicle and now it will never pass inspection. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a young female. Ronaldo was less than helpful, clearly only out to make a buck. I am extremely disappointed in this level of customer service. Do not buy a vehicle from here, and if you do, please have a mechanic you trust check it out first. Don't make the same mistake I did in trusting this "dealer". read more

I had them tint my Windows in My Equinox. They did a great Job. I am comparing this to a car I had done some years ago at Ziebart. The job came out great. No bubbles, and very nice cutting, very good. Do not hesitate to let them do this job for you. Now I am going to bring the Wifes Traverse for detailing. Will review that service as well. read more
