One of the workers told my husband "to take his no tooth a** back in the house" when he complained. I called the company and let them know and I actually just got off the phone with Nell and he owned up to saying that to my husband but he also lied and said that my husband swore at him which is not true and he's not in any trouble like apparently they think it's okay for their employees to talk to people that way. They're rude unprofessional they do a piss poor job, insult residents, they didn't do the job, the leaves weren't blown out or cleaned up. BE AWARE! these are some very unreputable people. They are extremely difficult to work with They will screw up your billing if you are on a monthly contract and won't bill you the same amount every month. They employee only Mexican workers that do not speak any English and that make it impossible to communicate any problems you may have with the job being done on you property. I wonder if they are legal aliens or if they are working here without documentation. The company will lie to you over and over again to get you off the phone when you do have a complaint. If you are smart you will look else where for your lawn needs. Do not hire these guys!! read more

I wanted some help with Spring cleanup this year so I contacted Impeccable Landscapes for a quote. They were quick to respond and come out. I responded to the email quote of $600 and accepted. Then I heard nothing. I called a few times to see if they had received my email and when I could expect service, I was told next week each time. The last time I called on March 20th, I was told they were working on schedules, and I would hear soon. Frustrated, as shrubs were now budding, I began the cleanup and got the front and side yard done on Mon and Tues. Wednesday, I received a call saying they would be out tomorrow. I explained to Nel that I had begun as I got impatient and shrubs were budding. I also stated that I understood if they did not want to come out for a smaller job. Nel said they would switch my bid to $75 an hour, and they would come. The next morning, 2 men came and spent 2 hours in my back yard. They did an OK job, not great. I received a new bill for $435. When I called and asked for a breakout of the new fee, I was told it was for a little over 2 hours @$95 an hour. I explained I had been quoted $75, and their answer was that they thought it was worth $95 and would not adjust. I told them I would pay it but that I would not use them again or recommend them and would also leave negative reviews. I love to leave good reviews, but sadly, I cannot for this company. read more

I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau to notify them about all of our troubles dealing with Impeccable Landscapes, which include, but is not limited to: 1. Low-quality work. Uneven pruning and we even observed one worker sitting in his truck for over two hours. 2. Lack of accuracy and transparency on billing. 3. Unfriendly customer service. 4. Excruciatingly difficult to terminate yard service with the company. read more

About a year and a half ago I had i guy come out to see what it would take to get rid of the worms out of my apple trees since we had never been able to enjoy them. He told me he would spray them in spring and fall 100.00 for each spraying, a total of 200.00(think of how many apples I could've bought for that much money). So when my apples started growing I was very excited to have apple with no worms. WRONG! One tree never even got blossoms and the other is full of worms along with my pear trees. I called to talk to someone about this and no one is ever available when you call but will call you back. This was her reply: "Hi this is _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ with impeccable landscapes I was just calling to let you know I received your message um not a surprise you got bugs see you only received one application out of five um there is a five step process and you only signed up for one of them and one application last fall so um you know apologize for that but if you don't have the whole program you're not going to get the full effect of the application anyway uh if you have any further questions on that give me a call back at ________ thank you..." Really you think I would sign up for just one step, pay 200.00 to end up in the same place I started! I asked your employee what did he have to do to get me apples without worms the following year. He said spray in the fall and spring! At the end of the message you say to call back if I had questions , I did and no one ever retuned my call. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. read more

The owner of Impeccable Landscapes met me in person at my property to address all the areas I was wishing to have completed. He promised a quote within the same day, followed through, and on today, 04/13/2021, his crew showed up like clock work and were at my property until 1:30 pm addressing all the areas I requested! I have no doubt that Tim and his team will have my yard back to where it was when I purchased my home prior to it becoming a rental for 3 years. Extremely excited to have Impeccable completing the work and fully intend on hiring them to address the irrigation system the other company ruined. read more

We called Impeccable for a quote and they came out the same day. 3 days later we received the quote and ok'ed the work to be done. They returned an email, stating we'll get you on the schedule. 2 weeks later I called and was told it could be another month before someone came out, but the receptionist said she would have the scheduler call me. Again we waited and then I noticed a flag in my yard and the billed showed up the next day via email. I called again and paid for the service and was again told it would be a few weeks before the rest of the service would be done. I work overnights and woke up to people in my yard but no warning they would be here. We received the bill and paid via phone call to the receptionist and they waited 3 weeks to processes the payment. The next time they arrived it was to remove 4 trees in my yard. On the quote it said "Remove as much of the roots as possible" sadly this need happened, now I have 4- 6 inch stumps in my yard. When I complained my call went unanswered from the owners wife, I called every week until Impeccable turned me over to collections for failure to pay. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We considered their snow plowing service because we found one that is more eco friendly (using sand more often and chemical deicing solutions less frequently-Impeccable Landscapes were insistent and inflexible regarding frequent deice applications). We withdraw from the contract before the plowing season even began (and when all the businesses in town are signing up for plowing services, so it is not like they will have a shortage of customers). The contract didn't discuss any special withdrawal clauses, such as a month notice or other. When we cancelled the service, we were informed that they would not do business with us in the future, so not to contact them again if we have a new need. read more

I have been working with impeccable landscaping now for over a year. They started taking care of my business lawn/beds etc and now also help with my home. I've had them lay sod, deal with sprinkler start up/repair/blow out, plant trees, trim shrubs, bed maintenance. Pretty much everything so I can focus on my business and my family. When issues have occurred they are quick to help correct them. I think they are priced fairly for the work they perform. I've had minor yard care from other companies and I was not happy (price, billing issues etc). I ask a lot of questions when I have invoices (because of previous issues with other companies) and they are always helpful to explain. I have never had any major issues with them at all. The minor things have been easy to correct and they have always done that. They also provide snow removal and de icing for my business and I have recived compliments from my clients on how much more maintained my lot was from other business they had seen/used. I have had Impeccable Landscapes perform major landscaping projects at two properties and have been extremely satisfied with the work performed from planning to execution. They were on time as promised and cleaned up the mud and debris upon completion. I had this service for 4 years and really liked the job that they did as far as mowing, fertilizing and I also had them do a larger landscape project for me. The issue became the repeated # of times that I had to call about my gate not being locked. I have old/ blind dogs and had they got out, it would of been terrible. The last time I called the coordinator, Amy, indicated that the mower had showed them a picture of my gate locked., thus calling me a liar. I am not sure what the benefit to me would be for doing that. In any case, they cancelled my service because apparently asking your lawn services to secure the backyard when they leave is being a "difficult " customer. I had planned to find another company next year anyways but I found this interaction with them to be very unprofessional. If you don't have any gates that need to be closed or lock, I would recommend . If you do, I would look elsewhere. read more

We have used this company for three years and watched them slide from a good landscaping company to a company that does the work of a high school kid and charges exorbitant rates for haphazard jobs. When we complained (citing examples) they became defensive saying their ";arborist" said it looked fine. I believe he was educated on the internet because every one we have shown is appalled that we paid $500 for such a poor job and so little done. We fired them and everyone we have previously referred them to will be firing them as well. Still out $500 and have to hire someone else. BEWARE read more

We have had IMPECCABLE work for us for 20 years. Everything from taking down huge ponderosa pines, Chinese elms, and removing a huge evergreen that was over 70 years old after the wind storm. They have put in hardscapes, and did a beautiful job. Also clean up in the spring and fall. They fertilize for us, our yard is healthy and green. Their sprinkler people have solved sprinkler problems. We have them mow for us weekly we have an acre, they are always professional and affordable. read more

Impeccable Landscape has refused to service my yard for ANYTHING this year even though I paid for the year in advance because I requested a call before coming to secure children and animals and unlock security gates. I requested a courtesy knock on the door. I requested information on chemicals used for the safety of pets and children. I have used them in the past and their service was disappointing. read more

I cannot recommend Impeccable Landscapes enough!! Our yard was more than a bit overgrown and Tim came out promptly to do a consult and had everything cleaned up BEAUTIFULLY within a week. Weekly mowing is always super quick and efficient and looks great. Office staff is very polite and professional. Definitely glad I came across this wonderful company!! read more
