There is a large door size hole in my house for a door. I repeatedly told them to make sure they…read moreleft enough room to put in the door so the hole wouldn't be there. This may sound crazy, but that wasn't was not enough instruction for them. Now the two inches that they decided wasn't important is keeping the hole right there in the house where it has been. It will cost me $1200-$1400 dollars to have the door moved over 2-4 inches because no one at Prewitt's wanted to listen. At one point I had water running in my inside walls because they did not seal off where the hoses enter my house. After $1200.00 spent, the owner won't even call me back to see if this can be resolved. PLEASE unless you are wealthy and want to waste your money, DON'T call these folks.

The technician came out and assessed and reported to the home warranty that there wan't a mechanical issue. I had to call the technician back a week later. He stated that there was a malfunctioning part and he would have to replace it. He stated that he would contact the warranty company to see if he should order or if they would. I called the technician several times and left several messages. The technician refused to call me back. I contacted the home warranty and they said he never contacted them and that he stated there was not mechanical issues. Now in the summer, we are still having issues with our unit not being able to cool the house. I called the home warranty and I now have to start another claim and pay my deductible. I refused for them to assign Tipton to our new claim as I am completely and utterly dissatisfied with their service and treatment. I also recommended to the home warranty to discontinue referring calls to Tipton.

This could have killed my family if gas would have ran through it !! So disappointed . We still remain with no heat and I have a 2 month old and a 2 year old and our house is 58 degrees .

When Steve got here, he opened the electrical panel to install the new breaker and discovered mice had chewed some of the wires. He replaced and repaired everything needed for that as well. Could not be happier with his work. He worked fast and went above and beyond. And the price was very reasonable for everything done. Invoice clearly showed costs for all materials used and labor. The gentleman quoted me $1,695 in labor, as all the parts would be reused just refitted. I left work early, drove down there, disassembled, cleaned, and refitted them myself in 45 minutes. Duke came out inspected and turned the gas on. $1,695 for 45 minutes of work is disgraceful. You are taking advantage of people. I will be watching and reporting if you try to take my review down.
