Sure let's talk Pizza East Coast New York Pizza what is it for the most part it's paper thin and you can fold the thing in a slice My hometown Chicago it's mostly about the sausage it's also about the big pan almost pie like deep dish with gooey cheese or the stuffed with an extra layer of cheese on top Detroit square Pizza And then on the other side of the world there's California who does things to Pizza that we won't even try to even mention lol And then there is Saint Louis style pizza. Here is an Imo's St Louis Pizza franchise and while in St Louis not everyone is like this. they do have the traditional kind of pizzas around the gateway too but they also have one that is unique to them and that's called the St Louis style pizza What is St Louis style pizza versus traditional well it looks almost the same however is a paper thin cracker like crust. And what makes it very interesting to only St Louis as they use a cheese that's only available near there called Provel processed cheese. Provo cheese is like a borderline sort of American cheese. The cracker like crust also does not use yeast in their dough. When you read reviews for Imos it does take some people by surprise some people like... that pizza was crap this pizza was delicious it is an acquired taste I have found through the years. I hadn't really wanted pizza tonight I really wanted pasta but the problem is they don't have a meatless marinara and their meat sauce and Imo's is very heavily onion and I don't like a whole lot of onion. So I opted to get to St Louis style sausage pizza. I went with the 10-in which was perfect for me it tasted all right it was what I remembered a few years ago it wasn't like your traditional mozzarella gooey cheese but it was what it was and it's not my favorite but it's not the end of the world either. You have to really want to have it if you've never had it before or you really love it. For me the acquired taste is definitely there as soon as I bit into it. it's like oh yeah there it is I remember this it's been a while but. So this small little franchise here in the Rhodes travel center it's just straight across the board it shares space with the rest of the truck stop and a whole lot more but the quality of the pizza it was hot it was cooked fresh and for what it was it was good. read more

I got their 12" cheese and sausage pizza. It had a lot of flavor and is thin crust in very crispy. Being from Chicago, I was worried about their sausage, but after the 1st bite, It puts a lot of pizza places in Chicago to shame. read more

The pizza itself is "Meh" and I had to cut correctly myself because they didn't cut all the way through the crust.

I can't begin to express how much of a turn around this place has made since it opened a couple years ago. The staff have all changed, the area has gotten gross and dirty, the people clearly don't care. The ceiling tiles are stained and molding. The staff are just there for the paycheck and don't even try to understand. The last couple times I've been I've thought, I'll try one more time. After today I think I won't ever return. It's sad because the food is really good! After you get the staff to finally understand what you are ordering, it takes FOREVER to get things. We typically order a salad, because there is never a salad bar. There is nothing I hate more than getting my salad and/or appetizer at the same time as my meal. "Oh, uh. I'll get your salads." Sorry Rhodes and Imos. Looks like you've lost our business. read more

Ordered 2 fried boudin the lady taking my order repeated my order back to me it was correct. After paying she asked politely if I could pull into parking spot 1 and I did. After waiting 30 min a bag was brought out the worker went back in I checked the bag it was 2 orders of bread bites. Very disappointed in how long it took even being cooked fresh it should not take 30 minutes. read more
