The wings were good, and the ranch was definitely a standout--it was probably my favorite part of the meal. The Philly cheesesteak, however, was a little disappointing because it lacked flavor. Don't waste your time at the cape location. Drive up to Jackson, which is 10 min away. The girl who waited on me was as sweet as can be, but my order was messed up and it came back again messed up. Buffalo chicken wrap, first time the chicken had no sauce on it, just a little on the tortilla shell, and looked like it came from the bottom of the bag, just hard crumbs, the manager took it back after commenting she wasn't sure why it was made that way. When I got it back, it was overloaded with lettuce and still no buffalo sauce. If you drive to Jackson, they give you big pieces of chicken and the chicken is TOSSED in the buffalo sauce. Sub par food. I like their wings and their beer is ice cold and good but that's really all that I like. Had the entire menu based on employment. Other items on the menu are not impressive. Appetizers and small (but expensive) portions unless if you're talking about the nachos and dessert and not really a "treat" nor impressive. I have a love hate relationship with Wings Etc. They have some really great food! I've honestly never had anything I didn't like. So, I love the food! However, their service has been sub par at best. Too many times have I been here and been passed by employees without being acknowledged. I've been seated and no one ever comes to take even a drink order! The children working don't seem motivated to do anything at all, and this may not be a ding against the establishment so much as the generation.. Just yesterday I was passed by the same employee five times and was never even noticed. They look so unhappy and bothered when you approach them. Therefore, I hate the service. Thus, the love hate relationship. Their location in Jackson has had similar results. Good food, crummy service. Tip at your own risk, staff are clearly not depending on tips for money!
