Pizza was good and hot, cinnamoe dessert was also good. We always enjoy Imos when we are in the area.

Passing through and we wanted to try local fare. The internet said this was the place to go for St Louis style pizza and toasted ravioli. We split a pizza with pepperoni and bacon and some veggies. The food was made to order and the ravioli was very nice. The pizza was too weird. It had a tanginess to it that was off putting. I'm glad we tried it but once was enough! read more

Food was good - prices can be above average. We love the hot honey pepperoni pizza! We delivered through the app which said it was delivered before it actually was. When we called the store they were able to tell us where the driver was and said that it a glitch in their system. read more

Imo’s Pizza - the outside of a restaurant - Pizza Near Me - Wentzville, Missouri

Ordered online....Said it was a one hour wait. Arrived at that time, waited in line for 20 minutes... got to the window and the pizza wasn't even in their system, nor ready to be started. They seemed baffled about my two pizza order. WAITED ANOTHER 45 MINUTES...was told the manager was going to give us a discount etc....waited another 15 minutes. Finally got the pizza. Then got a free BOTTLE OF SODA. That's it. SERIUOSLY??? Not even good pizza...Super tough, chewy crust, overcooked - worst Imos ever...threw the whole pizza away. A waste of money and 2.5 hours of my life. What a joke. There's been several other bad experiences here and we've never left a review until now. Never again!!!!!! read more

We placed a online order for chefs salad, we only received 3 of the items requested, no egg ,no beef, no ham. Order was 45 minutes late.

Went to Imos with my mom for my "cheat day" and it was so worth it! The food was delicious, Eric was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive and the young lady who checked us out was the absolute sweetest! They also offered military discount which you don't find everywhere these days. Over all a great experience and will DEFINITELY start being one of our go to spots! read more

Wish I could've given no stores it was the worst looking IMOS pizza I've ever seen in my life. Don't know how this place has an IMOS above the restaurant and should be shutdown! If you wasn't from Saint Louis and someone wanted to try IMOS I would be embarrassed to be a Saint Louisian that day. They have to do better making pizza, look at the one on Hampton near Forest Park, Look at Olive in U-City they are dead wrong here. I wasn't going to say anything because it's Wentzville but I couldn't do it. My 5 year old daughter never turns down pizza and one look she said no! This was me trying to add cheese because it had none! read more

Always perfection when we order IMO's! The driver was extremely nice and the pizza is always the best. I've never had their toasted ravioli and was pleasantly surprised when I tried them this last time. I wish Imos was a national chain so I don't have to wait until I go home to get it. read more

There are two cons to Imo's, in my view. First, for whatever reason, the food will almost always be cold when you get it. Second, it's expensive, though all food is these days. But the food is consistently delicious, from the pizza to the fried provel bites to the toasted ravs ans the cinnamon bites. Even the soda seems better when it's from Imo's. I'm not a native Missourian but am forever grateful to have known provel in my lifetime. I'm lactose intolerant and routinely punished myself with this amazing pizza before I was told to cut out gluten. read more

This pizza chain was highly recommended by a friend when visiting St. Louis. They use a special blend of cheese of Swiss, Provolone, and Cheddar called Provel Cheese. The crust is a cracker crust. This place is somewhat of an acquired taste. I still have my reservations about the cracker crust but the pizza wasn't bad. I think it's personal preference that I'd like a bit more bread in crust. read more

This is by FAR the worst IMOS in the STL area. STAY AWAY! They can NEVER get the order right. And the last few times I ordered a salad SUB ROMAINE LETTUCE, they always put iceberg. Is it that hard to READ!!? Oh and here's one I ordered today, figured I'd give them another chance... look at that delicious molded brown lettuce they use. So glad I could pay $21 for a lunch 'special' and get something 'special' in return. Funny thing too, when I pulled up to get my order through the window, I asked the woman if they subbed out the lettuce for romaine and she said yes. Go back up there and ask to speak to the manager and it was her!?! LMFAO! Everyone is LAZY from employees to managers! This place is a total shit show! read more

HORRIBLY RUDE SERVICE! I've done A LOT of business with this store so I'll start with the most recent debacle. Tonight I ordered 2 orders of Cinimos, Spaghetti and meatballs, and garlic cheese bread. After an hour and half I called to check the status because it was 30 minutes late, lady said "it's getting bagged now and it's on its way, sorry" and abruptly hung up on me. So food gets here finally (2 hours total) the food is very cold and my order was missing cinimos and garlic bread. So I called again and same lady " oh yeah we tried to call you to say we were out of bread," (Remember Ive already called once, she shouldve told me then). She then said "sorry we will refund that" then I heard LAUGHING in the background as she quickly hung up on me again. The entire order should've been refunded but If I called back, I'd just get laughed at again. And after reading other reviews here I see that other customers have been mocked by the employees as well. This isn't the first problem with missing food, cold food, or completely wrong orders from this store. But after being mocked its certainly the last time. I'm going to use social media to warn others. I recommend going to Stefanina's (pricey but much better food) and Cecil Whittakers pizza is just as good as Imo's, so there are plenty of alternatives. They might make a mistakes as we all do, but they won't mock you as they hang up for calling out their mistake. This used to be my favorite Imo's store, but it's gone way downhill over the last 2 years. read more

I'm on a low carb diet and the cauliflower crust did not disappoint! Good value and even better pizza

Food is good. "Good" -at best. I called within 10 minutes of placing an online order to see if I could make a slight change to my pizza. When the guy who answered the phone asked me to hold for a second while he spoke to someone else, he forgot to mute my line because I heard everything they were talking about and I'm not happy about it. "Well that's what she gets for wanting the damn pizza in 10 minutes." I did not even click asap order or anything, just went off of the time the website recommended. I just don't feel welcome as a customer. read more

Very expensive, but very good. I've had pretty bad pizza from here in the past, but this time, it was perfection! It had plenty of sauce and cheese. Fresh toppings. The ravioli were great! The crust was crispy and wonderful! Very polite staff. I mean, yes, we just spent $90 on 4 pizzas, ravioli, and cheese bread, but it was worth it! The red peppers are a new favorite topping of mine. I usually just get banana peppers or mushrooms, but the red peppers are very good. My mom got pepperoni, a solid choice. I definitely recommend this location. read more

the service is horrible! was told 15 minutes but was 37 minutes. Staff is dropping the "F" bomb loudly where the entire eating area can hear. Quite frankly, the owner or, at the very least, a manager needs to pull in the reigns on this overly entitled staff! read more

This is most definitely my family's favorite pizza place in town! We like to use the online ordering it is very easy to place your order and pay for it, and the delivery time is pretty accurate. The pizza was hot and perfectly made. Friendly delivery driver and he made sure we had everything we ordered. The only thing we would like to add is maybe add a couple more specialty pizzas to the menu. Other than that everything is perfect, thank you guys! read more

As a 13 year veteran in the retail industry, I feel qualified to critique the poorly ran operation, that was "Wacky Wednesday " at the Wentzville location. Clearly, their app is not functioning properly. We ordered at 4:40 and the app said ready 5:20 to 5:30. I arrived at 5:25, only to be told 10 to 15 more minutes. At 5:50, someone announces 3 orders were lost!? Mine, of course, was one of them. The manager was professional, but shame on her boss, the general manager, for losing 3 orders and refusing to talk to us. Imos is good, but not an hour and a half good. read more

Very nice people working here. They're pretty quick and always friendly. Online ordering is easy. I wish the salads came with tomato. But they're still wonderful. The pizza has kind of been disappointing the last few times. It was burnt and the cheese was lacking. Basically a cracker. I love thin crust, but I like it better with toppings. Also, the toasted raviolis are not at all a good deal. They were small and chewy. I would just get salad and garlic cheesy bread all the time. read more

Was looking to get some good food with friends when I barely even got the chance to walk out of the car before some worker comes into the parking lot SUPER FAST AND DRIFTING. I did not feel safe AT ALL, I felt like I was going to get hit and we actually almost did. Then, my friends and I are waiting for a while for a worker to even look at us, and when the girl worker did she had an attitude. After that, the worker who was drifting had the audacity to come up to us and ask my male friend if he wanted to race! First off, ARE YOU KIDDING, WHY WOULD YOU THINK THAT IS APPROPRIATE!! Second, that is so incredibly dangerous and irresponsible. AND THIRD, it wasn't my male friends car is was my female friend's car, but did he acknowledge that? NO he just assumed that because it was a mustang it was a man's car and he wouldn't even look at my female friend when I corrected him. Imos I REALLY REALLY HOPE YOU FIRE THAT STUPID, IRRESPONSIBLE, MISOGYNISTIC, ENTITLED TEENAGER!!!!!! read more

I called in order for pickup. Not complicated as it was a pizza and a salad. I love the dressing and s Was looking forward to eating it. W Elk I get home 20 mins later and discover that they gave me wrong dressing. Ruined dinner and wasn't going to drive 20 minutes each way to exchange it. Receipt was correct but somebody didn't read. Expensive food and I expect it to be right read more

It was ok, I'm from Chicago so needless to say I'm a hard critique when it comes to pizza.

It is true that you don't know how great something is until it is gone. I grew up in MO. I had my fairshare if Imo's Pizza, but when I was back in town; I knew I needed a refresher. I ordered a couple of sausage and pepperoni pizzas, some wings, toasted ravioli and a salad. It was magical. Everything was just how I remembered the sweet tomato sauce on the cracker thin crust with the unique flavor of provel. The toasted ravioli filled with beef instead of cheese, and the sauce on the wings were great. Imo's, don't change a thing. read more

I wanted to really like this place as I'd heard great things about the food chain...but not so much. The customer service was fair at best. The wait was long for my order of just a sandwich. The sand which itself was ok, but not great. I can only say the location was good for travels as it is right off the highway. read more

Super happy with their lunch specials. The only reason for not 5 stars is that the pizza was still a little burnt... I'm not sure, but they really need to adjust the cooking of the 10 inch pizzas. Because the large ones, obviously taking longer, come out perfectly. But once in a while I get the pizza with the lunch special, and every time it has been overdone. Everything else is really good, and there are really nice people working. read more

Pizza was good, toasted rav's were on the chewy side, but the bosco cheese sticks were more than disappointing to open.....not 1 but 2 orders of them, both burnt and rediculous levels of grease. We definitely will not be ordering those again. read more

We stopped here after the Wentzville flea market. The place was clean, orderly, and fast. Our pizza and toasted ravioli were delicious. I would come here again and recommend this place to others. 100% Satisfied! Ordered Delivery online for myself and kids. We ordered Spaghetti pasta lunch special, with side salad, 8" cheese pizza lunch special with cheese garlic bread, mozzarella cheese sticks, one order of cinnimos for dessert and two fountain Mt. Dew sodas. We asked for extra meat sauce and ranch in the comments section and received everything correctly without massive extra charges. The total cost was a very reasonable $30.11. All of our food and drinks arrived hot or cold respectively and were bagged accordingly. The food and service were absolutely perfect! I even accidentally ordered twice and before I could call to ensure there wasn't double charges, my account had already shown a return of funds for my accidental duplicate purchase! Extremely pleased with this experience and store! Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning! read more

This is probably the worst pizza place ever. I just hope never have to return to this place. Food is not natural, not good for my body.

Great food. Great customer service. I asked if they'd rush my delivery I'd tip extra. They're est time was 45-1hour and the driver was here in 25 minutes. I was so stoked I tipped him 10.00 - as promised a good tip!! Well they lived up to their end so I had to on mine!! We love their turkey club sandwich - hot!!! Yum!!! read more

My family and I went into this Imo's on our way to the airport. The restaurant was clean and the service outstanding! Ambiance was as inviting as any Imo's I've ever had the pleasure of eating in. It's not often I order food from Imo's. Thought I'd give them another try today but in true fashion I've been waiting for over an hour for delivery. The employees don't seem to care about complaints because they don't offer any discounts or a manager to speak with. My advice to them would be that if delivery is going to longer than anticipated, let us customers know so we can make the decision to keep the order or not. read more

Pizza was crispy crusted, provel topped deliciousness. My chicken wings were super skimpy though, like mini sized.

Didn't even get to have the pizza. They had 28min until close, we were less than 2 miles away. They told me it's too late for delivery. Terrible customer service and they were rude about it. read more

People told us to try Imo's and they would tell me how good it is. If people think this is good pizza, then they haven't eaten "Real" pizza! Our pizza looked terrible. It was a dark brown color and the cheese on top tasted liked it was poured out of a can. Pizza had a bad taste to it and the pizza was overcooked. Won't be eating here again. read more
