It pains me to write this review because in many ways, this was a 5 star experience for me. The nurses and staff are amazing, the core treatments are very good, and the price is comparatively reasonable for what you are receiving. But I was lied to by the doctors about my protocol. I came to this clinic specifically after doing a search for ozone and cancer in Mexico because the tumor I had been living with and had stabilized for the past 3 years grew exponentially after the discovery of mold in my home. I knew that I needed something that could kill the mold while also treating the cancer. I emailed ITC first and told them that I was most interested in the ozone program. I had an initial phone call with a doctor again stressing that I needed ozone. I had another call to ask follow up questions in which I asked if I could do ozone 5 days in a row if needed. They said that could be done but they would need to evaluate me once I got there. I also asked if I could get a heavy metals test done there. They said yes. So once I arrived, I noticed that there was no ozone on my sheet but only UBI (Ultraviolet blood irridiation). That's usually done in conjunction with ozone so I assumed that was it. But during my 2nd week, I started to realize that ozone was not being done! In fact there was no ozone at all even though it's listed in their list of potential therapies. Also heavy metal testing was not available since it would take 15 days to get results. So basically my understanding is that they will say whatever they need to in order to get you in the door. And part of their strategy is that they list many therapies that they do not actually do on their website in order to appear in different searches. Again, I want to stress that I really do think their core program is effective. Everyone pretty much gets the same basic treatments with variations in IVs depending on if you're doing low dose chemo or not. I was able to do more B17/DMSO and chelation since I opted not to do chemo. The superstar nurses are often treating a number of people at the same time so I don't think it's possible to really have a completely individualized program. So I completely understand not having ozone. But to have a doctor lie to my face about my treatments is a terrible breach of the doctor/patient relationship and left a bad taste in my mouth. A few other small matters that came up. There are other procedures that they advise that will cost anywhere from $1800 - approx $5000. If you are spending an extra $5000 and have to stay at the clinic for 12 hours, food should be included. They charged me $6 for a smoothie and I heard other people complain about all the extra charges for food if you have a special diet like keto. Finally, they need to inform people of extra charges up front, like the additional fee if you are coming from San Diego to an area of Tijuana that's not in the central zone, as well as a fee for the medical license that the driver needs to bring you back to San Diego. It should not be the job of the driver to ask for that money. I know it's small, but little things like this plus the doctors lying to me point to a lack of honesty and transparency that need to be remedied. Also just be aware that there is an optional take home program that can get pricey. It's split between supplements, nutritional supplements, their immunotherapies, and devices. You can pick what you want to get but it could be up to $12,000. Ultimately, I'd like to thank all the incredible people I met, the nurses and all the restaurant folks who really went above and beyond in their friendliness and care for every patient. Despite the disappointment, I am getting better and I could see changes in my body very quickly. I'm grateful for the experience as it taught me how to be stronger in every way, mind body and soul, and to be more careful about trusting doctors. Keep asking questions! It's your life and your body, you need to advocate fearlessly for yourself at all times!! read more

I'm sharing this review to warn other families who may be seeking alternative treatment options for cancer. My family had a deeply disappointing and heartbreaking experience at Immunity Therapy Center in Tijuana. My grandmother, who has stage 4 cancer, spent $25,000 USD on treatments here, hoping for improvement. We were told by Dr. Adolfo Carillo that her tumor had shrunk by almost an inch. However, when she returned to her cancer specialists in the U.S. for follow-up scans, we learned the opposite -- her tumors had grown, not shrunk. This was devastating. We trusted the information we were given, and it did not match the medical results from her U.S. oncology team. In our experience, the communication felt misleading, and we left feeling taken advantage of during an incredibly vulnerable time. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions. Please be extremely cautious and do thorough research before choosing this center. They coerce patients into procedures that are dangerous when it's obvious they aren't healthy enough to endure, all for profit. 4 days, $46,000, charged over $32,000 for a talc procedure which is outrageous by any countries standards. While knowing the least invasive and detrimental would have been the cheaper, safer, thoracentises. They put money before risk and their results reflect such. They leave nothing but destruction in their path but firmly hold onto every dime they've extorted from hurting families. They are the worst humans on this earth. Our experience at ITC in 2018 was second to none. My husband arrived with stage 4 cancer and with less than 6 months to live. He arrived in extremely bad shape. He could not walk because he was so weak and was throwing up every few minutes. After only 1 week of treatments he was eating again, no longer throwing up and able to walk back and forth from our hotel to the clinic. The care he had was incredible. The doctors worked with us to save his life. After 8 weeks we went home and my husband was given another shot at life. My stepfather and mother used all of their financial resources to get to ITC after being diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer that had metastasized. During his time there he had a great experience. Everyone was extremely nice and caring. They made professional recommendations and he received care daily. It's been about 2 months since my dad returned home and no one, not one single person has followed up with him. My parents called to get his finals lab reports after being told they would be emailed over to him and he received nothing. They called to speak with doctor and never did. I think the follow-up care and communication needs to improve. It's psychologically damaging after spending so much money on treatment. The least you guys can do is check on your patients. If you've been diagnosed with cancer and looking for alternative treatments, PLEASE continue looking at alternatives to ITC! the staff is overworked and overlooks vaccines and therapies on patient schedule, yet patient is expected to pay. Patient advocates literally chase you down for payments even when you're receiving treatment. Dr Batista is treated like he is a celebrity with minimal time spent reviewing progress, makes no eye contacts and rushes you out. Assigned doctors make recommendations to stop prescriptions from oncologists based off lab work. I also question if vaccines administered are just saline and not product. False hope is given to patients running through their retirement savings only to pass away weeks if not months after receiving care. My disease progression skyrocketed after ITC and have no idea what was actually administere. biggest mistake to go to ITC, accommodations all benefit ITC (apartments) and transportation is also farmed out benefiting ITC. please research other clinics before going to ITC! They work hard and care a lot about their patients. My fathers best moments of his last year was here. Unfortunately we could not afford the recommended six weeks and took only three. His cancer was gone when we left, but returned three months later with a vengeance. He followed with chemo and died 2 months later while in chemo. I recommend to take the prescribed therapy if you can afford it. read more

I came to this center for early stage breast cancer treatment. Honestly it's a beautiful facility and everyone is very friendly. The food is amazing. One therapy I really wanted,however, is fully body hyperthermia. I've done research on cancer treatment therapies and I really wanted the 'the real deal'. They describe that therapy on their website, which is partly what attracted me to the place for treatment. Yet on day 1, i realized that what they use as 'hyperthermia treatment' is miniature saunas. I personally was disappointed by this, and I felt it was very misleading they way they described it on their website. It wasn't what I expected, so I decided not to complete my care here. I ended up at Oasis of Hope Hospital instead because they offer the real Whole Body Hyperthermia treatments, combined with alot of other therapies. read more

It was the worst 3 weeks my wife and I had and to top it off we paid over $30,000 for nothing more than trying to fight an infection that most likely was picked up at your facility and due to all the medication both her legs were swollen to the point that they looked like they were ready to burst. Dr. Bautista 3 or 4 times in our stay and the last week he had some family emergency and was not available. Dr. Carrillo was hard to get ahold and always danced around any specific diagnostic but was quick at prescribing extra medicine over and above the initial fee, and was imposible to get much out of him. Dr. Carrillo was supposed to give me a list of all the medications she was given in the 3 weeks we were there and the reason on why she was taking it and he never did. He went home before I could ask I'm again. Dr. Rivera who was there on weekends was the best one that always agreed with us that my wife was worst every time he saw her and was always pushing more antibiotics or de-inflammation medicine. NIGHTMARE! I must say, I was truly disappointed here at what you called a hospital it was more like overnight housing. He was there for 3 nights. On the third night, if I was not there with my partner he would have been sleeping in his own waste, I had to find towels and wake the "nurse" to obtain bedding to I could change the sheets so he was not sleeping in filth. The nurse was no help, not even in helping to clean him up, especially since there was no water available and I had to retrieve it from the coolers on sight. The nurse proceeded to return to sleep in another room. The following morning, having to wait for the doctor who I was going to approach about my partner's condition, he informed me they could do nothing for him and did an emergency transport to San Diego which I had to follow in a separate vehicle and did not get to let him know I was there because of COVID restrictions. The hospital conversation was primarily about him dying. No one thought he'd make it, so his sister and I worked with the doctor in getting him discharged and rented a vehicle to get him home, where fortunately we were able to be with him for another 4 weeks or so. It was also discouraging as the patient could do nothing but lie there staring at the walls since the TV was nonoperational, so what was the patient to do but ponder his situation. I agree with Enrique G. comments, my partner's lower extremities became so swollen that they were seeping. Doctor told me they were to stop fluids but staff did not and created additional problems for the time he had remaining at home. read more
