Dr De La Paz was really helpful at the consult, he gave me his point of view and opinion based on his experience and that helped me a lot. They are very accesible when it came to my appointment for pre ops and my surgery day. Of course i cancelled my appointment. As a paying customer you should want the safest and best service. These are the messages between me and his assistant i was NEVER told the $300 deposit isn't refundable and it's not listed anywhere that it isn't. I myself am a business owner so i understand and know how to run a successful business. I let her know with time and even asked for a in person consultation beforehand. It's March 16 and i still haven't had a response from either one, i get left on read. I would never recommend this place to my family or friends. Please do your research i am so glad i did and listened to my gut feeling
