My husband and I were greeted by the friendliest, most incredible employee, Donna, and she helped walk us through the best plan of action for my ring. She was so knowledgeable and supportive, while explaining that my original band would likely never be in the same state and a replacement band would likely be the best plan of action. She helped us find the perfect setting for our diamond/halo and we left expecting it to be finished in a couple of weeks. (We we're there 3 days before Christmas after all so we expected that). Christmas Eve I got a call that our ring was completed (MIND BLOWN) and she urged me to come get it! When she put my ring back on my finger I nearly cried. Something I did not think I would like, I tried it on - I still have it on! Honestly without looking at the sales papers I cannot remember the mans name who sold it to us BUT he was great really! He was very smart, he was helpful, he was nice, I have zero complaints. He tried really hard to find me what I wanted and there it was :). The diamond is gorgeous! And all the papers came just like he said they would right on time! Everything was perfect! I love the ring - absolutely love it! The only thing with jewelry warehouse that would make them king of jewelry in this area is on site sizing, on site resetting, etc. I just hate to send out jewelry especially something of this $$$. Please consider getting someone in house! I still want my ring reset and resized but hate to send it off and part with it even for a couple weeks lol! And by the way - after we left I did go to Jared's, with my new ring, just to see what they had that was in the same range and ya know what? It was all about $500 more (for slightly smaller diamond) that did not even look as beautiful. Either the inclusions were huge eye sore or the color was not as good. We compared for a good 15 minutes and took a look with the jewelry magnifier and really there was no comparison. I said Thanks anyway and left. She upset me so bad with her rudeness, I left the store crying. I hope Teresa never has the opportunity to be so rude and unprofessional to another customer. The cost was far less than I expected & they had the work completed in half the time they expected, which was already reasonable. The store is small, but is clean, well stocked with a wide selection, especially for its size. However after my experience I'd say they don't really care about their customer service and they won't treat you like family. I dropped my platinum ring off before the new year and the jeweler quoted me one week before it would be ready and didn't even mention the pricing. He simply said it would be ready next weekend and he'd message me to let me know when I could come pick it up. After patiently waiting a week and not hearing anything I decided to call in and get an update. They tried saying they'd been busy with the holidays and such, and that it wouldn't be ready for a few more days. I understand being busy with the holidays but if you're going to quote a time and then not check in before then to let me know of the changes, then that's unprofessional. They understood my frustration and said I could come pick it up on that Sunday and then nobody was in the store, and nobody picked up their phones. After calling multiple times, and leaving multiple messages over the weekend I still didn't hear anything. I had to call again for another update. When I tried asking for the manager/owner to express my frustration and concern, the employee just took over helping and wouldn't even hear me all the way out. In fact he cut me off mid explanation to say he'd figure it out and call me back. Grateful he hopped on the issue so quickly but he was not thorough or attentive at all. The employee then called me back and said it was ready. That's great, but the store is only open until 5pm and I, like most, work 8-5pm. So now, I won't be able to get my ring for another week! 2 weeks without my ring and I don't even know how much it's going to cost me when I can eventually get back there. How unfortunate because I have a lot of jewelry pieces I need fixed up and now I'm going to have to start the process all over again to find a different jeweler.
