I would not go there, they act like it's a chore to fit you in. They pick and choose who they take by saying Covid. This shop acts like there shit don't stank. It feels like a race thing cause who the heck waits almost a week to email you back and has an automatic reply. This one artist Cameron do not see him and the apprentice is odd he made me and my friend feel like we had to wait for them and they didn't want to do it from the beginning. This is not a way to represent your state South Carolina. They do have another location in Lexington I would not go there either, because if I had this experience then it's the same there. Hey the artist had a short T-shirt I did not enjoy so o said nice gut and he got mad. I didn't want a tattoo but, I did go else where it felt nice and they took me in. I don't remember the name of the tattoo artist but he was white and had a beard. He sketched my tattoo in 5 seconds and very grumpily redid it once. I appreciated that he wanted to make a unique piece of art and create something nobody else had, even though she drew inspiration from another design. I liked his style, and I knew he could pull off something amazing. I was right! Shane is the definition of Tattoo Artist. He does AMAZING work. He is extremely talented, his skills are top notch and very professional. His attitude is professional, his work area is clean, he knows what he's doing, it's obvious he's been at this for a very long time, he knows his stuff, he's a genuine nice guy, he's serious about what he does, he won't do you wrong. I have been to Shane many times working on my sleeve (still not done, I know I must get back in that chair!) and I will be back in May for a new memorial tattoo and I can't wait! My daughter had an appointment with a specific artist who had already tattooed her 3 times before. My daughter had paid her an $80 deposit for her tattoo appointment that she scheduled. Unfortunately my daughter had gotten sick and WANTED to reschedule her appointment. Needless to say she was told since it was less than 24 hours she needed to pay another deposit OF $80 and would get $20 off when tattoo was complete. This was done through email since the artist dies not like texting or any phone calls. Here's where I am pissed. My daughter has been a customer of yours as well as my son, husband and myself have been tattooed by her as well. Second the artist never said what her policy of cancellation is not one time in all the appointments that my family has had with her. Third is that since she only wants emails from her customers but when my daughter reached out to her prior to change her tattoo the artist never ever got back to her. She is unprofessional and did not offer to reschedule unless she paid another deposit of $80. So now you want $160 for a $80 tattoo. SCAMMER!!!!We now unfortunately live in a Covid world and she has made it known to all of my family her feelings of if someone is sick DO NOT COME and that wearing mask for the rest of eternity she would be completely fine!! Sorry to say but one person spoils the establishment as a whole, so God only knows how the rest of the artists will treat you. read more
