I went to their trailer to check their pricing and I was told the price. I asked to take a picture of the price list so that I could decide what I wanted to get while I ate. I was told I couldn't take a picture and they said "this is us." It's weird because if I went to their official location I could've easily took a picture. Friendly people, a little small on the inside when their packed so that can be overwhelming for some. (If the parking lot is full that's how you'll know) met the owner super sweet. Staff is friendly. I took my 5 year old to have her ears pierced and she had a great experience. From a movie in the waiting room to stickers at the end, it was surprisingly kid friendly. This place is fantastic! My 3 1/2 year old started bugging me to get her ears pierced.... so I made an appointment after some research. Ashley was amazing! We came in on halloween night in full costume. Ashley explained everything to my little one, step by step and made her feel very comfortable with the process. Ashley and the other gal who assisted were quick and efficient. Both ears pierced at the same time. My princess didn't even flinch (super proud) I almost cried at how well she did. Went to get a Monroe piercing. The piercer asked where i wanted it. I showed her and that's where she put the piercing. I'm not the professional, I don't know the best place to put a piercing on your face. A month later it was still swollen. And I was told it went in crooked because of where I wanted it. They said I could take it out wait for it to heal and do it again or put one on the other side. HOWEVER, they made no apology or offer to make it right at their expense. And blamed me the NONPROFESSIONAL for wanting it in the wrong spot. ALSO my daughter had her belly button done there. The jewelry broke. They did replace it at no charge. Then that one also broke and we haven't been back. Absolutely do not recommend. read more

My son and I went in and Ashley was the lady who helped us. My son had his septum pierced. He complained of a lot of pain. Apparently she did it wrong. That was confirmed by Daryonna when we went back for another piercing. Daryonna explained that the septum should not hurt if done correctly. Obviously it's time to part ways with this little shop! read more

Insanely picky staff!, the percier at the front desk said I was perfectly fine to get a belly button piercing, we went in the back room and the percier didn't even look at my belly button for a SECOND honestly don't even think she did look at it she than said "you can't get one", I thought it was a joke at first because MULTIPLE different perciers had said I was PERFECTLY fine to get one and she was honesty quite rude aswell, absolutely ridiculous! I love this place! It is very clean, professional, comfortable, and an all around great experience. The ladies really know what they're doing, everything is brand new out fo the package and gloves are worn! I got my cartilage pierced and it was a very pleasant experience. I called to make an appointment and the nice lady I was on the phone with was being super sweet and helpful but I could hear frank in the back ground being super rude to her I thought maybe he is just having a bad day well get there and he indeed was super rude!! The Piercing Parlor had great reviews, checked the website and made an appointment. Arrived at scheduled appointment time - actually a bit early and they were finishing up with someone else. Everyone had masks on due to the COVID guidelines. Completed the paperwork and looked at the jewelry items. Ashley explained the differences and a decision was made on the item. **please read this if your looking to go to this shop!** So far i've had 3 piercings done at this place. All 3 got infected even with proper aftercare. My navel was the worst of them. Got it done back in 2018, 4 years ago now. When i first got it, it was visibly crooked. A few weeks later and i start getting a large bump. The piercing migrated a few millimeters to the left and was even more crooked, now its just straight up ugly. After 4 years it just recently got infected. I talked to another piercing shop and they said its because it was done improperly in the first place. I recently got my industrial done at another shop, which is well known as a fairly risky piercing, lots of room for mistakes. No pain at all, and its been months. Please please please do research before going to a piercing shop!! Piercing is very serious and can cause nerve damage if done incorrectly. read more

My daughter got her ears pierced here today by Kara. I went with her because she's 16. We needed a birth certificate (daughter) and a picture ID (each). Kara had us fill out the "paperwork" (tablet) and showed my daughter the earring choices. They use Titanium grade earrings. My daughter chose two colors (she was getting two piercing per ear) and off we went to the piercing room. The place is immaculate and nicely decorated. Kara went over everything clearly, and then placed the dots on my daughter's ears before checking them. She was very careful and took her time. Then came the piercing. It was done calmly and went just fine. I wish I could remember the name of the assistant who was in the room observing- when she commented that my daughter has a symmetrical face it made her day. All in all it went by quickly and mostly painlessly. It's been about six hours and the ears look perfect- no red meds or swelling at all. I highly recommend this business.
