Out of the four appointments I scheduled, only 3 showed up and out the the three that came out the only company that sent me the quote in a timely manner was Sun Coast. Although they were not the cheapest, their fast response time, professionalism and great reviews through home advisors won them the deal. It has been great working with Phil, due to the quarantine I had to postpone the installation of our driveway. On May 18th I decided to move forward. Phil placed the order for the pavers which he told me can take 3-4 weeks. On Friday June 12th Phil informed my husband and I that he was ready to install the pavers. Phill started our driveway on Monday June 15th, he was here throughout the whole process. Unfortunately it rained throughout the week so it slowed them down a bit but they pushed through and got the work done :) Today June 23rd our driveway was completed and we are beyond happy with Phil's work. Contractor informed me he would be at a conference in Las Vegas and would provide me with a proposal within two weeks after he returned. Waited a number of weeks and was only able to talk to the contractors assistant to ask for an ETA on the proposal. No ETA was provided and the contractor never called me to discuss anything after our original meeting. Truthfully I have no problems if a company is not interested and would rather not take on a potential project. My problem with this particular contractor is their communication was sub par at best. If they were not interested they should have said this was the case and not have me follow up for several weeks after our meeting. Cannot really comment on value or quality as we never made it that far but providing a proposal in a timely manner with good communication is an important first step that never happened. Trying to be fair here but they really need to improve in this area.

I answer all calls to the phone number I gave them, as I am in the real estate business and answering calls means business to me. I never received a call. Moreover, once the appointment was set online, there was no further requirement that a follow up call would be forthcoming. They may be good contractors, but we'll never know.

Also he didn't tack on any hidden fees for things. His quote was what I paid. I actually gave him several hundred dollars more as a tip since he went above and beyond. he gave my floor an extra coat and patch and primed the walls and sealed all the holes. Many people do a hack job but Alex really believes in his work.

It was a tough job, but Pedro and his helper got it done right - it's beautiful. I guess we are lucky that the floor in our condo is a nice, fairly even, nice-looking piece of cement, with no cracks or major discolorations. I definitely recommend Conexxo.
