After my next appointment, I loved what she did with a few foils to balance my two toned hair, let her and the desk staff know how happy I was, and left Lydia a $30.00 tip. Nine days and two shampoos later, the color had faded a lot. I called to make an appointment for Lydia to see my hair and was told grievances about color corrections had to be made within a week. I explained that I loved the color when I left the salon, but had no idea it would fade so fast after a mere two washings. I was told someone would call me back the next day. They called the next day when I was in a theater. I called them back the next day and talked with Carrie who identified herself as the manager. It's such a bad hair cut that I can't even "curl" it into something nice. That is saying something.
