We had a very last minute order but they were very nice about getting the shirts made in just a day. I worked with Helen and Grace. I'm updating my 5 star to a 2 star because we decided to use their service again as we were truly satisfied the first time around. Not so much the second time. Don't get me wrong the customer service is fine. They are always polite, efficient and respectable. The problem now is with the quality of the T-shirts. I had a very long email thread with Helen the designer about what we wanted. They were able to find the right font however when it came to the mock up, she kept missing the nail on the head. We decided to entrust in the processionals as we don't design and print t-shirts on a regular basis. I also kept asking for a T-shirt with a stretch but was quoted on just a basic Gilden T-shirt which has zero stretch. I was not told this until picking up the shirts and to my surprise the shirts were extremely stiff. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how I feel about the T-shirt's we just had made. We had 50 T-shirt's made for around $500. I was told there was nothing they could do because the mock up was approved. The mock up I approved looked nothing like the T-shirt's and their answer to that was well you can't use a mock up to depict what the T-shirt will actually look like. Interesting. They also said because I was sick and they didn't get a response they quoted us on the cheapest T-shirt's but this is false. We were quoted before I got sick and then Helen was also away which is why the communication was lacking. I don't think we will be using their service again in the future. I believe accountability is important.

Their professionalism and quick turnaround was very impressive and probably the biggest reason I'll call them for our next event t-shirts or other swag. If there's anything they could do better - I will suggest how about about including a little chocolate or other surprise candy in the box of t-shirts. That way when I'm at my office and the event team says our shirts arrived, I can ask my someone to open the boxes and I'll know there's a little bonus waiting for them!! Ohhhh just had another idea!! Even better - can you make the chocolates in a little t-shirt shape? That would be super cute!!

The employees were knowledgeable regarding the products and gave good advice on options to consider that helped me make my purchase. I brought a pair of his with me as he was in school when I was able to go. Upon entering the store, I saw they had a wide variety of swim gear and accessories. The only reason I'm giving them two stars. After ringing the bell for help, a woman appeared and I explained to her what I needed and what size I thought he might need. She immediately looked at me like I had no clue what I was talking about and her facial expressions and huffs were enough to clearly make me get it that she was the superior swim-jammer knower. After a painful back and forth to determine the proper size (the jammers I bought were a different brand than the team ones and therefore run different size-wise) I was able to get what I needed. I started laughing mid conversation with her as I felt there was no possible way someone could be that unkind to the first customer of the day (it was 10:05am where I arrived, they open at 10:00am). I ever had the courage to ask about a team backpack which pushed another button with her it seemed. She commented that I must have missed the team store shop time or be new, which I calmly replied to as, "yeah, we just moved here from out of state and are newer to the sport. My son is elementary school age, I'm learning." Not one positive emotions in return. Needless to say, unless it is absolutely necessary to buy an item from here in the future, I will NOT be returning.

Maryland is the bees knees. Awesome in every way, but especially our state flag. The combination of our state flag, unique shape, and general amazingness should be a point of more pride amongst our residents. In my opinion at least. So I like to rep Maryland hard. Anyways! The store is small and carries a lot of lacross equipment and a few other things. I didn't really pay attention to the sports stuff as I was just there for Maryland stuff. I got a t shirt that says "Keep Calm and Crab On, socks that have the Maryland flag design on them, and sports tape that has crabs on it" They were out of the Maryland shorts when I went, but the friendly cashier said that they'll have some in soon and directed me to follow them on Instagram. So I did, and about 2 days after I left, they posted a picture on instagram saying that they have more shorts. Good deal, I gotta go back and get those shorts.
