We had a leather recliner sofa that had issues with the foam on one side and a broken frame. The…read moreframe had broken some years ago and was previously repaired, but the repair had either failed or started sagging as that side of the sofa was noticeably lower. UR Fabrics quoted us a reasonable price and pickup and delivery fee so we went with them. We now have our sofa back and the repair came out much better than we hoped! They also were able to do a decent cleaning job, which was not really the reason it was sent in. We now expect to get many more years of service out of this sofa. UR Fabrics was very easy to work with, provided very prompt communications throughout the entire process and delivered more than they promised! I highly recommend them and will use them again should I need furniture repair in the future.

I discovered Upholstery Restoration & Select Fabrics based on reviews I saw online and I couldn't…read morebe happier with the outcome. The back of my accent chair was badly damaged in a recent move. I wanted to salvage the chair using existing fabric but didn't believe that to be possible especially since the chair is 5 years old and the fabric was nowhere to be found. After months of looking at other swatch samples that weren't measuring up, I found the same fabric for sale on eBay. I had planned to work with a reupholstery shop closer to where I live but that shop indicated they had to do a full reupholstery and couldn't repair just the damaged section. Dave confirmed they could fix the damaged area at what I thought was a reasonable price. They managed to restore the chair to its original state. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the need arise!

I originally posted a 5 star review for DG print as the first time they were able to fully…read moreaccommodate me and my company. We had a very last minute order but they were very nice about getting the shirts made in just a day. I worked with Helen and Grace. I'm updating my 5 star to a 2 star because we decided to use their service again as we were truly satisfied the first time around. Not so much the second time. Don't get me wrong the customer service is fine. They are always polite, efficient and respectable. The problem now is with the quality of the T-shirts. I had a very long email thread with Helen the designer about what we wanted. They were able to find the right font however when it came to the mock up, she kept missing the nail on the head. We decided to entrust in the processionals as we don't design and print t-shirts on a regular basis. I also kept asking for a T-shirt with a stretch but was quoted on just a basic Gilden T-shirt which has zero stretch. I was not told this until picking up the shirts and to my surprise the shirts were extremely stiff. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how I feel about the T-shirt's we just had made. We had 50 T-shirt's made for around $500. I was told there was nothing they could do because the mock up was approved. The mock up I approved looked nothing like the T-shirt's and their answer to that was well you can't use a mock up to depict what the T-shirt will actually look like. Interesting. They also said because I was sick and they didn't get a response they quoted us on the cheapest T-shirt's but this is false. We were quoted before I got sick and then Helen was also away which is why the communication was lacking. I don't think we will be using their service again in the future. I believe accountability is important.
