I already had an image that needed to be embroidered on to golf shirts, hats, and various products. I provided the image and am awaiting for them to build the final product, which would cost approximately $40. Once built, for each product, it would be an additional $10-15 to have it embroidered. Walking into the store, there were boxes all over the place and ladders and equipment littering a lot of the aisles, so it was almost impossible to move through with a stroller without running into a ladder or boxes. The few staff that were around looked pretty aloof or distracted and overall disinterested in helping you locate anything. Also, for some reason, the bathrooms were locked so I sought out an employee who told me they were having plumbing issues (also not a great look) , so I was sent scurrying out of the store to find the nearest bathroom where my toddler could potty before there was an accident. All of this I could probably overlook if they at least had the type of gem stickers I was looking for, but sadly their selection in the scrapbook selection was pretty weak. From the moment my call was answered, the associate had an unfriendly tone before I even spoke. When I asked if someone could check on an item, I was placed on hold and told it would be "one minute." That "one minute" turned into over 30 minutes on hold. I likely would have been waiting even longer had I not hung up and called back. A 30+ minute hold time for a simple inventory check is unacceptable. Even if the associate was busy, a quick update or transferring the call to another team member would have been the professional approach. Unfortunately, this experience reflects a lack of basic customer service standards, and as a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
