The customer service was friendly and fast. I didn't wait more than 15 minutes to get inside and since I only had a head CT scan done it was roughly pretty quick. The equipment look brand new and the place was clean and well kept. Please Note: I have read all the reviews about the wait times and about staff. To create a solution for the wait times try and get an appointment as earlier as possible I would suggest 7am to avoid the long wait times. They do have multiple rooms with various machines and they do all types of scans like mammograms, CT, MRI, etc. Wear comfortable clothing and no jewelry because any metal they will tell you to take it off unless you have metal in your interior.

I have a chest cold, fever, cough, congestion sore throat wheezing, and a very bad cold. I spoke to MARIA BALCOM the Office Manager who promised me that my antibiotics would be at Walgreens today. I went to your office between 3:00 and 3:30, then went by the pharmacy around 6:30 and they had no prescriptions from the office. MARIA BALCOM the person that claims to be the office manager, gives out her cell phones and then blocks the patients because I can't even reach her. So not sure why she does that. This is very unprofessional for her to tell me that the doctor is going to send the medication and then forget about it. This is extremely unprofessional. This is going to force me to go into an urgent care and pay a high copayment just to get the same medication that they could've sent me. This is a medical facility, not a retail store. You guys need to get your act together. Either that or Maria BALCOM needs some serious training. Because that's not the way to treat patients. This is very unprofessional to say the least. You don't promise a patient to send their antibiotics and prednisone that they desperately need and then forget about it and not send it. Did you forget to tell the Dr? I checked again at 8:50pm and the medicine was not a Walgreens. I checked again this morning and there's no sign of any prescription being sent. Another disappointment from this Palmetto Bay center. I came…read morehere first for a gynecology appointment about a year ago, and they helped me navigate a series of reproductive problems I've experience since I was a teen. And then when I found out I was pregnant, and I started going more regularly for OB visits, I knew I'd made the right choice of doctors. The doctors and ultrasound tech (who operates right in the office) detected a rare complication I have, and even when they were 100% right about what they saw, they didn't hesitate to refer me to a high risk specialist for a second opinion, which makes me feel very comfortable and confident. They take the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything I need to know to feel comfortable about my complication and the health of my baby. I appreciate the quality time they spend with me at each appointment and the fact that they make me feel like I'm HEARD, which is so important after years of other doctors dismissing my women's health problems. Additionally, the office is clean and comfortable, and very quiet and zen. It is managed efficiently by kind and helpful staff, and I am never seen late for an appointment, EVER. It's also close to the turnpike exit, so it's convenient to get there. My pregnancy journey has been very enjoyable, thanks to this office. I look forward to the delivery experience with Drs. Bedell, and continuing my care there for years to come.
