I explained that I had been busy and was unable to answer the phone, but I also asked what a missed phone call had to do with my MRI results being lost. I never received a clear explanation. What made the experience worse was the way the situation was handled. Instead of receiving a professional explanation or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, I was met with the response, "It is what it is." I found that extremely dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering this involved an important medical test. Because the results were unavailable, I had to undergo the MRI again and reschedule my appointment with my doctor. This caused additional inconvenience and delayed my medical care. Mistakes can happen, but patients deserve clear communication, accountability, and respectful treatment when something goes wrong. My experience here did not meet that standard.

And then when I found out I was pregnant, and I started going more regularly for OB visits, I knew I'd made the right choice of doctors. The doctors and ultrasound tech (who operates right in the office) detected a rare complication I have, and even when they were 100% right about what they saw, they didn't hesitate to refer me to a high risk specialist for a second opinion, which makes me feel very comfortable and confident. They take the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything I need to know to feel comfortable about my complication and the health of my baby. I appreciate the quality time they spend with me at each appointment and the fact that they make me feel like I'm HEARD, which is so important after years of other doctors dismissing my women's health problems. Additionally, the office is clean and comfortable, and very quiet and zen. It is managed efficiently by kind and helpful staff, and I am never seen late for an appointment, EVER. It's also close to the turnpike exit, so it's convenient to get there. My pregnancy journey has been very enjoyable, thanks to this office. I look forward to the delivery experience with Drs.
