Let's just say that they didn't have what I needed. If you are going to this place, it is a nice store. Clean, friendly staff. Probably way overpriced for tourist trap. They mainly carry Apple products, phones, big ticket electronics. I suppose if you are going here something really bad happened to one of your precious electronic devices. The kicker for me was the staff who told me they don't have any camera battery chargers, but he gets asked that a "thousand" times a day! It seems if that many tourists are in need of that item, perhaps it would be an amazing business decision to stock those? You'd think they would make a killing since most people are dying to take a million photos of the gorgeous scenery in Banff and the surrounding areas.

He didn't even try to troubleshoot or make an attempt to help. I suggest the management better hire staff who are a little more empathetic and help people instead of just sending them away. Being a manager myself in customer service, listening skills are very important and at least try to resolve the problem instead of sending the customer in their way as if they felt they inconvenienced you. Seems like just a person in the office parroting advice from the manual (which is also useless, and clearly written by AI, or someone who doesn't speak English very well). My only option now, with a $2000.00 machine, less than 2 years old, is to mail it across country (at least $200.00 considering size and weight), for a repair that I'm told will start at $300.00. Save your money for a machine that people have actually heard of, with some sort of recourse when something goes wrong.
