He didn't even try to troubleshoot or make an attempt to help. I suggest the management better hire staff who are a little more empathetic and help people instead of just sending them away. Being a manager myself in customer service, listening skills are very important and at least try to resolve the problem instead of sending the customer in their way as if they felt they inconvenienced you.
