During my break I ventured out to check out some of the hot spots to get a bite to eat. A customer came by earlier with a bag of apple fritters that smelled so good & gave me one to try. It had tons of chopped up apples and didn't go skimpy on them so I got a bag for myself. Also the Blue Chip Creamery truck was there and offering so many fidget ice cream sandwiches. Being the fall they had the pumpkin ice cream sandwich along with the Cider Chick Chillwich. It was $8 on the truck and definitely worth every bit of it. This Basic Witch has a white chocolate chip nutmeg cookie with pumpkin spice ice cream and the cookie was so delicious tasting. They work out of the science museum in Htfd and have a truck for special fairs and events to be at. Any of the sandwiches you choose from would be delicious. If you haven't had the chance to try the Blue Chip Creamery you must as you won't be disappointed.

They practically fell off the bone, and the sauce was complementary without being overwhelming. Some other items were a little pricey for the portions, though. There were only two beers to choose from - Sam Summer and Ten Penny - and a few more wines. I'm kind of surprised they charged $1 for the ID band. They don't even do that in NYC! LoL We spent the majority of our time in the Christmas themed areas looking at home decor, wrapping paper, gift bags, etc... We strolled through the toy section too. Lots of fun stuff for all ages. The employees provide great customer service & are always nice. The checkout line moves pretty quickly so don't worry about the full parking lot! They have plenty of items in stock right now. I even got a nickname there which truly made me feel like I belonged. Also, I find the prices to be reasonable which is appreciative! I cant speak highly enough about Jodi. He has a great energy, is kind and incredibly knowledgeable. I feel his lessons progressed me far! After 10 sessions, I know proper form, can read music and can play one of my favorite songs on the kit! Just an FYI, you may need to park along the side walk across street. No biggie.
