Thankfully, they accepted same day appointments and I was immediately taken care of by Tammy. The salon is small and quaint; it also wasn't too busy for a Friday afternoon. My nail service was excellent in every possible way! Tammy removed my old gel polish so quickly without having to soak them off - at all! She works with efficiency and precision, but that doesn't compromise the quality of the nails or the artistry in the slightest. From observing her meticulous application and attention to detail, I can tell she is very seasoned at her work. But I definitely wont be back. I felt like my hair was abused here. After mentioning i have issue with a lot of hair loss, i experienced aggressive brushing through knots and painful pulling/hair washing. After mentioning i try to minimize heat on my hair. I got to see a steaming/smoking hot iron pressed through my hair to curl it. I bit my tongue through the process to be nice but my face didnt hide the pain and disapproval/freaking out. I later messaged the stylist to be honest, and got scolded for "changing my mind" I dont believe he recognizes the problem. I obviously did not get what i asked for. I also dont believe he knows what went wrong. He did offer to add more highlights but my issue is not the lack of highlights, its that my hair is ORANGE. Its gonna cost me so much more to fix. Ps there was no accountability or apology for the damage.
