I was welcomed by everyone as I entered. T who did my pedicure was gentle, polite , and reassuring. I had broke my toe nail and needed to get acrylic and it looks super natural and blended. My appointment was at 1& at 2 I was done so she took her time. Feet feel nice and soft and I enjoyed the massage included with the deluxe. She opened a sterilized pack and the salon is over spacious and clean. Happy I found my new go to spot :)

Thankfully, they accepted same day appointments and I was immediately taken care of by Tammy. The salon is small and quaint; it also wasn't too busy for a Friday afternoon. My nail service was excellent in every possible way! Tammy removed my old gel polish so quickly without having to soak them off - at all! She works with efficiency and precision, but that doesn't compromise the quality of the nails or the artistry in the slightest. From observing her meticulous application and attention to detail, I can tell she is very seasoned at her work. The biggest issue came when I asked for the flower design I originally requested. I understand that detailed flowers can be difficult to draw on nails, and I do not fault her for struggling with it. However, I do take issue with being charged for a design that I ultimately did not receive. I even told her to stop attempting the flower, but she continued trying anyway. Customers should not have to pay for a design that was never completed successfully, regardless of the products used during the attempt. That said, I will give credit where it's due. I got to see a steaming/smoking hot iron pressed through my hair to curl it. I bit my tongue through the process to be nice but my face didnt hide the pain and disapproval/freaking out. I later messaged the stylist to be honest, and got scolded for "changing my mind" I dont believe he recognizes the problem. I obviously did not get what i asked for. I also dont believe he knows what went wrong. He did offer to add more highlights but my issue is not the lack of highlights, its that my hair is ORANGE. Its gonna cost me so much more to fix. I am very low maintenances and only get my nails done for special occasions and they are very good at replicating designs you want. The smell is nice inside, workers are always nice. My major takeaway why i wanted to come back was that usually nail salons nip at my cuticle and it gets red/stings. So i'm always afraid at getting my nails done, but they are gentle with the drill and i've never came across an issue. Will come back!
