Louis was a pleasure to work with. I walked into what looked like a massive production line, which…read morewas neat to see the behind the scenes work! The shop is in an industrial area. Was greeted by Louis. I asked if I can get some polo embroidered by Thursday which was only 2 days out, granted I only needed 6. I felt bad for adding in the rush order but he was cool about it. He showed me the different color golds he had and was patient even though I just added more work on top of load. He had a few samples shirts that I was able to look through. He knew exactly what I was looking for when describing what image I wanted to portray with the polos. He couldn't promised me it would be done but it got done! He ordered the shirts I needed and it was all done before end of the day Thursday. We communicated via text the rest of the time which made it easy. Emailed me my invoice which was easy to follow along to pay for my deposit and the remaining balance. I was so happy with the results that I went back a second time for more polos to be made and once again he didn't disappoint; he delivered! I'm for sure going to be a repeat customer. Oh and his pricing is decent and fair! Thank you Louis!

He asked me to send a mockup, I think he told me 24 or 30 caps was the first price break, I said fine. All good. Sent the mockup. 1 day, 2 days crickets. Sent a second email, crickets. Would have been nice to at least get some response. I have been doing streetwear design since 2016. I am relatively new to this area so was hoping to connect with a local company. The cap was just a test. So back to my vendor in LA.

I really wanted to support a local business, which is why I came here in the first place. I stopped…read morein to place what I felt was a pretty decent-sized order for custom baseball jerseys, hoping for some guidance since I was still working through the design. Instead, I got the impression that helping me wasn't really a priority. I was actually told it might be better to come back another time once I had everything figured out, even though that's exactly why I came in: for advice and assistance. While I was there, I was emailed some links and told to simply reply back for pricing. I did exactly that and received an automated response saying someone would get back to me within a day or two. Unfortunately, that response never came. No follow-up, no phone call, no email, just complete radio silence. When we met, I was reassured I had plenty of time to place the order, but because no one ever responded, I ended up scrambling at the last minute and had to take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing because I genuinely wanted to keep my business local. A simple response even to say you couldn't take on the job would have been appreciated. Instead, the lack of communication cost you a customer, and unfortunately, future orders as well.

I enjoyed working with Alice and Arthur at The Print Center on Christian Students at Sac State club…read morezip-up hoodies. It was my first time handling a project like this with a print shop, but they were patient, communicative, and ready to help with any issues/requests. I visited several times throughout the process (from initial meeting, to talking about design and apparel style changes), and they gladly assisted. Multiple times, they ordered samples of apparel styles we were considering and let us borrow them to have our club members test the fit/style. This helped a lot with narrowing down our options. I had our design on Adobe Illustrator files, and was able to work with them at the shop to refine the sizing/placement of the design elements. There are pricing breaks with quantity, and possible %10 discount. Overall a pleasant experience.

I came here for reprinting business cards. The Print Center was close and despite them being more…read moreexpensive, I figured that we would support a local business. Unfortunately, the finished product was not as expected and candidly not even usable as the print size on the card was drastically smaller than our original card and not readable to many, especially our more senior clients. After paying $75 for design services and an additional $205 for 2500 business cards, I expected to at least have a product that I could use. When my dissatisfaction was brought to the attention of the Print Center, I was told by management that the size of the print was necessitated by the information on the card and that adequate size of print was purely an opinion. I find this excuse really was just an excuse because the information on my original card was no greater than the new card. Other printers that I have now consulted suggested that I give the Print Center the opportunity to make this print job right. Unfortunately management merely offered me 15% off of my next order. I feel strongly that more could have been done to address an inferior product in which staff could have done better to both manage expectations and deliver a better product. As such, I urge others to find a different option for printing services.

Gary is great! Friendly, approachable, helpful. I'm from the Elk Grove area and I happened to be in…read morethe Stockton area one day and rememebered I needed to print some wedding thank you cards. I walked into the store blindly without any prior research on the kind of design I wanted (not something I usually do because I am pretty indecisive). Gary patiently explained the different options and I was able to choose what I liked. Gary made it convenient for us and had our cards sent to the Elk Grove office. Service was fast! Pick up was easy. I walked into an office building, went up the elevator, approached the front desk and they had the cards ready for me to pick up. (FYI, this location is not a print shop like the one in Stockton.) I'm glad we were able to finally finish the task of sending out our thank you cards. I highly recommend them if you need any printing work done!

It actually looked really good once I hung it at my event. Not a dealbreaker, but one of the grommets came out immediately. I just never had the time to go back and make a big deal about it, because it wasn't a big deal. The benefit served his purpose. It was not super expensive, Actually it was a good deal. Would I use them again? Absolutely!! Give him a shot. Make sure you are complete with your request. Communicate clearly and concise. This will be your best way to have the best experience. They will also do the same, and provide you with what you ask for. A great product.
