It was hard to do and painful .She also had me help her by pulling myself up in bed by the rails . Ouch . but once the shift changed the day nurse was very catering she said she usually does a full assist with the bathing for the patients . Which with my pain level would have been helpful .Overall great staff. Lotus can be challenging to get ahold of but once you are a patient they make it so easy with personal numbers and WhatsApp .
