My father called in today to see if they can print his logo for him, and the workers he spoke to…read morewere rude for absolutely no reason. My dad, whose first language is not English, tried his best to explain what he wanted as clear as possible. He told them that he wanted his logo printed on something magnetic that he could stick onto his truck. Reasonable, no? The worker told him that printing his logo onto a magnet was doable, and that he could email his logo to the company. My father did exactly that and then called the company once again to make sure they received his email. He then asked them to check over the logo and see if they can still print it and the worker responded with just a plain, "No." There was no explanation, no "we're sorry but we can't do this for you," just "No." ***They refused service to my dad without further explanation! Highly do not recommend this place solely based off of poor customer service and rudeness***
