I have used this location several times over the course of the years to bring get things out after a tradeshow. I never had an issue nor was I bowled over by their incredible customer service. Honestly, this business is here to serve its purpose and it does serve that purpose.

Their website is user unfriendly and getting responses from their customer service portal takes…read moreawhile. They don't lock down multiple usernames and instead of using your email to sign in you use your username. I accidentally created two accounts with the same username (two different emails over the course of a year - I forgot I had already created an account) this in essence locked me out of their system after requesting a password recovery. It's my fault for the duplicate usernames and everything. Not necessarily blaming them. But explaining the issue and how to solve it through their chat based portal and not being able to call them to resolve the issue got annoying so I canceled my order. I got my refund about a week or two later. They're a very affordable option, maybe the best in the business, but be really careful on their site, it doesn't work very well. I can't speak to the quality of their printed books since I canceled my order.

I had a 20-year relationship with ka blam printing my books. Then I ordered about $185 some books…read moreand they screwed up the printing. It happens..but that is not the issue..the issue is HOW badly they handled it... Rather than handling it professionally, they were mocking and rude to me and dismissive. They would not even discuss the fact that they screwed it up. They blamed it on me. I had my file checked by another pro (did I miss something) he said the file is fine...so....I sent the same PDF to another printer and got back perfect books. It should be noted I've printed over 200 books using PDF technology. So I think I had the specs correct and this was about the 25th book I've made with this printer. It's all about their completely horrible customer service. Rather than addressing complaints like adults, they handle it like little children. They even punished me by deleting my account and taking all my books off their system because I dared complain. I was always polite with them but I was firm on the fact that they screwed up my printing. Anyway, they handled it like adolescence and for that reason I'll never do business with them again and I've been able to turn away dozens and dozens and dozens of people from using their service and I will continue to do so. If you're looking for the worst customer service on the planet you found it

My father called in today to see if they can print his logo for him, and the workers he spoke to…read morewere rude for absolutely no reason. My dad, whose first language is not English, tried his best to explain what he wanted as clear as possible. He told them that he wanted his logo printed on something magnetic that he could stick onto his truck. Reasonable, no? The worker told him that printing his logo onto a magnet was doable, and that he could email his logo to the company. My father did exactly that and then called the company once again to make sure they received his email. He then asked them to check over the logo and see if they can still print it and the worker responded with just a plain, "No." There was no explanation, no "we're sorry but we can't do this for you," just "No." ***They refused service to my dad without further explanation! Highly do not recommend this place solely based off of poor customer service and rudeness***

They told me to make an appointment for the next day, and then refreshed their local system to be able to handle the appointment. They saved me a 90 minutes round trip in traffic. They explained exactly what kind of file they needed to make my custom stamp and told me what types of ink would be best for the surfaces I was stamping.
