I made the reservation online on a Sunday, and I went to go pick up the lens the next day. They are located on the 3rd floor of an office building. It's not your typical storefront but it was very easy to park and find the office. The lens was stored nicely and was in great condition. Ultimately I was really happy with the product received given the price point. The website was very easy to use and the reservation was quick to make and pick up. My only suggestion would be to offer extended hours maybe one or two days a week. I had to take time off of work to go pick up and drop off the lens during my rental period.

I seen an ad on instagram and booked the session for $67, after the booking was confirmed, I was given the option to upgrade the free 8x10 to a 16x20 for an additional $97, so i did it. The promotion also gave a $100 credit towards photos. Prior to the photoshoot i received several emails on buying credits to get an additional discount. I declined this. The emails gave VERY CLEAR policies on rescheduling stipulations, which say 7 DAYS or forfeiture of deposit. I took the time to read through everything so there were no issues. In the emails there are videos of the owner discussing pricing starting points, she tells stories so it can be easy to miss if you do not watch her entire video. So I was well aware of how much it was going to cost. The studio was gorgeous and Susan was so sweet and good with my daughter. We got into our changing room quickly. The dress had very little dirt on the inside, but nothing serious. They sprayed her with fairy dust and we headed to the private photograpy room. They do not allow photos with personal phones inside the studio where the pictures are taken, which was OK with me. After the left the room, we took plenty of photos with the props they had. Our session was on a Friday and they scheduled the premiere for the following Wednesday. Jordan E was very nice. We talked for about an hour. He did inform me that this will be the ONLY chance to view and purchase photos. There was no pressure and helped me choose the photos I liked. They offer affirm financing which I declined. The smallest picture package they had was 7 photos for $2500 with other free gifts. I decided to use the $100 credit to buy an additional 8x10 (which is $200). So I received a 16x20 and a 8x10 for a total cost of $264 plus tax. Yes they are expensive for the digitals and the single portraits but in my opinion it was a super fun day for my daughter because she loves dressing up and she felt beautiful. So, I don't know if I will ever buy the larger package but what I paid was totally worth it for me. The turn around time on the photos say 6-8 weeks which is a bit long because most photographers have told me 3-4 weeks, but I honestly dont think it will take that long for 2 portraits. Overall, I liked the experience a lot, it went smoothly and we will be doing it again with the mermaid theme.

Honestly, that should have been enough to keep me from trying them out, but they were the only ones who carried the product I needed for a good price (another warning sign). Anyway, purchase at your own risk. From other reviews, it sounds like they do fulfill some orders, but I'm one of the unlucky ones whose paid order has simply been ignored. Next stop: my credit card company to contest the charge. Disappointing.
