We had such a magical experience at Enchanted Fairies last weekend! I took my daughter to celebrate and capture a special Mother's Day memory, and the entire session exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the staff made the experience feel truly whimsical and personal. They were wonderful with my daughter, keeping her engaged and making her feel like a real fairy. The sets and costumes are absolutely stunning--the attention to detail is incredible. The photos turned out beautifully and are the perfect way to commemorate this milestone. If you are looking for a unique and enchanting photo experience to share with your little one, I cannot recommend this place enough! They do send you a digital copy of your photo, in a low resolution of 800x640 pixels. Between the bait and switch pricing and unusable digital copy, the enchantment wears off quickly. I was so excited for this! I am a mom of 5 boys but lucky enough to have my nieces! I try and do something new with them once every month or 2 and this is what I chose for June. The experience was so great the girls and I loved it. The biggest down fall is I couldn't even buy a photo due to the cost, one 8x10 is $200 I wanted to get 5 photos for us. One of all of us, one of just the 3 girls and one each of the solo shot per girl and it would have cost me $1000 yes your reading it right $1000 for a total of 5 prints. I cannot justify spending $1000 on photos and there is no other options. I was really upset and I honestly would not have done the photos if I would have know the cost. Very disappointing. That was the 3 start review I left a month ago Moving forward to today the review I left on google was removed they blocked me from social media accounts as well. I emailed two days ago to get another photo so all my girls could have one and I was told they are not taking any orders at this time. How is that possible? After reading through the negative and positive reviews, I still decided to have a photoshoot with Enchanted Fairies and I'm glad I did. I seen an ad on instagram and booked the session for $67, after the booking was confirmed, I was given the option to upgrade the free 8x10 to a 16x20 for an additional $97, so i did it. The promotion also gave a $100 credit towards photos. Prior to the photoshoot i received several emails on buying credits to get an additional discount. I declined this. The emails gave VERY CLEAR policies on rescheduling stipulations, which say 7 DAYS or forfeiture of deposit. I took the time to read through everything so there were no issues. In the emails there are videos of the owner discussing pricing starting points, she tells stories so it can be easy to miss if you do not watch her entire video. So I was well aware of how much it was going to cost. The studio was gorgeous and Susan was so sweet and good with my daughter. We got into our changing room quickly. The dress had very little dirt on the inside, but nothing serious. They sprayed her with fairy dust and we headed to the private photograpy room. They do not allow photos with personal phones inside the studio where the pictures are taken, which was OK with me. After the left the room, we took plenty of photos with the props they had. Our session was on a Friday and they scheduled the premiere for the following Wednesday. Jordan E was very nice. We talked for about an hour. He did inform me that this will be the ONLY chance to view and purchase photos. There was no pressure and helped me choose the photos I liked. They offer affirm financing which I declined. The smallest picture package they had was 7 photos for $2500 with other free gifts. I decided to use the $100 credit to buy an additional 8x10 (which is $200). So I received a 16x20 and a 8x10 for a total cost of $264 plus tax. Yes they are expensive for the digitals and the single portraits but in my opinion it was a super fun day for my daughter because she loves dressing up and she felt beautiful. So, I don't know if I will ever buy the larger package but what I paid was totally worth it for me. The turn around time on the photos say 6-8 weeks which is a bit long because most photographers have told me 3-4 weeks, but I honestly dont think it will take that long for 2 portraits. Overall, I liked the experience a lot, it went smoothly and we will be doing it again with the mermaid theme. read more

I upgraded to an 11x14 for $97 and booked the session two months out, which required about an hour drive. The photographer was wonderful, kind, patient, and great with my child. My daughter had a fantastic time and the photos from the actual shoot were lovely. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience felt confusing and uncomfortable. The studio was in the back of a strip mall in a small town and I had to try multiple doors to find it. It felt clear the photographer was contracted through the company and provided props by Enchanted Fairies. When I asked about photos and pricing, she said she could not discuss that and then promoted her own services after our session. Before the Zoom photo review, I received several messages reminding me to have any financial decision makers present, which felt awkward and pressuring. During the call, I was shown packages starting at over $7,000 for a limited number of digitals and prints. Until then, I had only seen the free promotion and the $97 upgrade. Afterward I checked the website and still could not find clear pricing, only the low cost promotional packages, so being presented with such extreme options after the fact felt very misleading. I was also disappointed that there was no option to purchase additional lightly edited photos or even just the unedited ones, only large bundles, so I declined everything except the single image I had already paid for. After finalizing my selection, I received an invoice for around $600 despite having already paid the $97 months earlier. I was told it reflected the value of the order and that I would not be charged further, but I never received a clear receipt, which made the situation stressful and made me question the process. While the photographer and in studio experience were great, the lack of pricing transparency, heavy sales approach, and confusing invoicing left me very uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this fully understand potential costs before booking. I was disappointed that I did not have the option to purchase additional photos from the session due to the extreme pricing. My daughter won a free photo shoot back in the spring. We were told to put a deposit down that would be returned when we had the shoot. I had to reschedule due to transportation issues and did so per their website rules. The they reschedule on me due to 'emergency with the photographer' which I totally understood and had no problem with. Then in june I get an email saying my whole shoot was cancelled with no explanation with a simple 'sorry for the inconvenience'! I have called and emailed multiple times to every number I can find. Where i am put through to a voicemail or ignored completely. This is seeming like a scam because I now have no photos, an upset child, and no return in my security deposit. When your voicemail states that you get back to people in 24hrs but I haven't heard from a single person at this company in weeks. What a magical morning spent with Enchanted Fairies! ‍‍This studio was gorgeous and they were super professional and provided everything we needed and more. I got to see a quick unedited shot before we left and I am screaming, crying, and throwing up - they are so cute !! I am looking forward to seeing rest of the proofs next week. I'm not sure what the pricing is for the photo books or additional images etc. but I will find out next week when I view my proofs over zoom (super convenient so I don't have to make the drive back out!!). Communication with EF has been amazing from the moment I booked the session with text messages and links to information about my session, and were made available if I had any questions. This really elevated the experience beforehand and I appreciated the extra service. They offer photos for infants through plus sized adults and offer knight accessories as well as fairies. They have pink, blue and purple dresses with flower crowns and pretty wings that stick conveniently in the back of the adjustable dress. After the dress fitting, they are given "fairy dust" on their arms, which is a nice touch! The photo session with Sergio was amazing. He was very professional and efficient, and we used many props (fairy book, crystal ball, frog Prince, birds, bird cage etc.) during our short time. Everything was sanitized before and after use, and my daughter enjoyed her shoot. The $25 session fee is donated to several children's charities and I was told by my photographer that every year they send kids to Disney for four days Sergio was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to seeing our proofs next week. read more

I had my daughter's photoshoot done with Enchanted Fairies in the first week of December. While the pictures initially looked beautiful in the previews, the overall experience was absolutely not worth it. They heavily play on your love and emotions as a parent, making it a very high-pressure experience. During the zoom call to review your images, you're forced to make an immediate decision on purchasing a package. There is no time to think it over, and the sales tactics feel pushy and manipulative. What's even more shocking is that digital images are not included -- they charge $500 for a single digital image, which is simply outrageous. After purchasing a package, I reached out within 24 hours to cancel due to a financial emergency, only to be told that there is no cancellation policy. Most professional services offer at least some grace period, but not here. They also use a third-party lender for payments, and once you're locked in, there's no flexibility, even in the case of financial hardship. On top of all this, they told me it could take 6-8 weeks just to receive the final book. Honestly, even wedding photographers don't charge these kinds of prices -- this entire experience feels like a scam. Avoid this place. There are plenty of talented photographers who offer better quality, better service, and far more reasonable pricing. read more

The photos looked incredible for preview however you're not allowed to take any photos or screenshots when they show you. During the slideshow presentation, I asked about the cost as it was never mentioned at all until this zoom is scheduled. I was presuming it would be a couple of hundreds to get some photos as that is what is the average. I got super excited seeing my daughter look amazing and wanting all the photos we took together only to be heart broken on how EXPENSIVE one photo is. For cost: digital images are not even free and they should be FREE. Getting photos physically should be costly , understandable, but $500 of a digital image and ONE only is ridiculous. If I'm going to do a full on photo shoot and now you have my daughter/me photos in your files and I cannot even get them for all for a decent price, NOT WORTH IT. Packages were starting at $3000 minimum for three photos, story book and warranty ; I notified the consultant that I don't even have good credit and could not even proceed for extra aside from the free portrait. She was super sweet and tried another option for me but it was not worth it. Overall, experience is lovely but the cost is what drives customers away. The first red flag should have been the $49 deposit I was charged toward my "free" prize. The photoshoot itself was so fun and my daughter really enjoyed herself. I was turned off by the fact that you can't have your phone in the room and you can't see any of your photos until they schedule a zoom call the review. You are unable to get any pricing info until the zoom call. And let me tell you.... The packages are outrageous! 15000 for photos?!?!? That's more than wedding photographers charge for photos and you don't even get all your images. Additionally you are asked to make the purchase before you get to see your edited shots. You have 1 hour to see the photos for the ONLY time and are not allowed to take any photos of them. Additionally, they make it impossible to purchase the digital package due to pricing and image limitations. $3000 for a storybook that is 8x10 and only 7 images... insane. They talked about the photos using heart pulling lines and try and guilt trip the parents in the sales pitch with stories. Thank you enchanted fairies for getting my daughters hopes up just for me to tell her we couldn't afford even a single photo other than the 8x10. Which btw, can take up to 8 weeks to receive. I had my child's photos done in early May, they forgot to call me back until I checked back on them in August. That proved a grave mistake on my end. A smooth talking car salesman type preys on the love you have for your child to get you to buy these $4-5k photo packages. Immediately after I agreed to my package I had a change in my employment situation, lost my job, my insurance, and subsequently my ability to afford my anti-rejection medications needed to keep me alive post transplant. I spoke with someone in customer relations about my situation & they proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do. I asked for them to not start on my photos, and asked to speak with a manager. Some insincere man named Chris with fake empathy stated that "while I really do understand and feel for what you are going through right now, it is our company policy to make no exceptions to our policy for the protection of our customers and artists alike!" How are you protecting me? Have you had a transplant, lost a job, insurance and can't afford the medications that keep you alive by preventing you from going into rejection??? If not? Shut up & save your fake empathy for someone else!!! So this company doesn't care about my life, doesn't care about my daughter who may very well lose her mom, but places photos at a higher value over human life. I could buy several months of my life saving medications for the $4,500 I can't get returned to me because they refuse to discontinue work on my daughter's photos. Those photos are likely to bring her nothing but hostility and rage when she learns that her mom didn't make it because the company behind those pictures insisted in working on those pictures rather than making a medical exception, and giving her mother back the money desperately needed for her to purchase the anti-rejection and other life saving transplant medications. So I ask again, how the hell do you sleep at night Chris? You are taking away a young girl's only parent! This company and the Dallas manager, Chris, are the definition of pure evil! read more
